Most days I had one meal (chicken soup & lots of liquids) and some days I did not eat at all. This upload was the first day of me getting to workout again as I’m finally recovering, & I’m really excited to make a strong comeback! So I actually performed this entire routine for the first time yesterday. I was only able to get through 2 full rounds. When I woke up... I was sore in places and ways that my gym routine rarely provided. I'm still in home quarantine and these routines are fantastic. Not only do I no longer miss the gym, but I may never return even after the pandemic ends. Great content!

Since beating cancer my second time been following your vids at 6ft 4 was down to 154lbs during cancer battle before was at 230 big bulky power lifter guy. Now with this I feel much fresher agile an flexible just wanted to say thank you man been at your vids 2.5 months in two day. I do 5 on 2 off on my day offs I started doing at least a 100-150pushups an a 100-125reps of ab excersies. My weight within 2.5 months almost since being cleared of cancer has gone from 154lbs to 183 (Goal is 190 solid )i feel much better then when I was 230lbs, an doing stuff I never could of done at that weight an my calisthenics have gotten insane through diet sleep discipline an your videos. Thanks man a shit ton an thanks for making these vids free too. My goto workout vids especially during this Coronavirus. Hope you an your family are good an safe man.. thanks again bro. Thanks a lot, Im 62 years old and i like to be in shape, but few years ago i had some ache in my shoulders, and the doctors saidme that it was a bursitis. Years after i have been making exercises and i feel good and your routine in this video is excellent to fix my shoulders. Im from Caracas Venezuela.
I really like that in most all of his videos, there is a beginner/easier version that he demonstrates as well. Even an advanced athlete or someone just starting out training can definitely just jump in, and work what they want without the limitation of "not being there yet" to do certain things.
Workout: Warm up Side plank lat raises 10xeach Elevated plank to pike press 10x Reverse plank leans 10x Handstand Pushups(dropset) 10x (Drop it to easier progressions) Repeat 3-4 times

Honestly i think 3-5 minutes would be good for starters, provided u follow the entire set of workout strictly without taking extra breaks. For higher intensity, u can do 2 min or even 1 min rests if you are able to finish the next set with such a short amount of rest but depends on how long you have been doing it too. Hope i kinda helped!!

When I do the side planks I hear a crack in my left shoulder every time I go up 🤣 I can surely keep the rhythm 🤣 Luckily my right shoulder does a better job.

Hi, I'd love to see a back workout for home. Especially more focused on the inner back. Can't really find any good videos for that.
You can use tables/towels for rows, doorways for face pulls, put a towel on top of a door, close it shut and use the hanging part for pull ups
Holding a shoulder/head stand against a wall keeping all of your core engaged also helps.

I am on my 4th day to master the handstand so I can be able to do more crazy workouts and thanks to chris I feel like I am pretty close even on that short period of time . Much love for you my man , keep rocking !
