Beautiful shop space. Takes a lot of hard work setting up an efficient workspace. Great job bro!

Are you still using the lead 1515 ? Any new video's of what you've used it for? Not many people on UA-cam using it and I'm about to start building mine.

Awesome! Enjoy it! I can't wait for it to warm up a bit here so I can work in the shop a little more without having to run my heater and get to use mine.

Thinking of getting one of these as a starter for building kitchen cabinets! Would you recommend that ?

Hi, just purchased a 1515 and was looking for a cut list? I saw you mentioned putting it on your blog, so I checked there but didn't see anything. Any way to get more info from you?

Hey, do you have a list of materials and cut lengths for your table ? I have the same machine and would love to build this table

I just got my lead 1515 set up about a month ago. Working on dialing in feeds and speeds on plywood soon. For me, I've tried 100ipm at ~20k with a 1/4 2flute downcut bit and it turned out really nice. I'm gonna try pushing it faster over the next few days and see if I can run through router at a lower speed too. Have you tried finding the limits yet?

I have not had much opportunity to play with feeds, speeds and cutting strategies. What I've been using works pretty well but is probably far from optimized. Winston Moy is a great resource on UA-cam for feeds, speeds and tool paths. While he doesn't have a Lead machine (in fact I think he works for Carbide3d) he does a great job of showing his process for dialing in settings for new materials, machines, cutters, etc. Maybe when I feel like I am a little more dialed in I can share more tips.

@@SafetyGlassesRequired what I determined messing around yesterday is that the router11 does not like being on a setting less than 2 in plywood. 100ipm with the dial on 3 (20k) seems right, which is where I started haha. That matches the specs on shapeoko's 1/4 bit sheet. That tells me I can probably trust that chart for other materials too.

It has been. I've got some more videos I've been working on so there should be more out soon as well.
