Hi dear friend Thank you for this beautiful clip Is it possible to give me a full explanation about the modeling of this outstanding model on wood? Because I'm looking to learn modeling in the form of highlighting on wood, and even though I've followed up a lot on the Internet, I still haven't reached a result! If you tell me what software you used and what steps you went through in order to reach this outstanding model, you have helped me a lot.
Hi, I use software called Vcarve Pro. There are many good videos about 3d modeling that I have used to learn. Few examples here: ua-cam.com/video/IYW7ZUrhock/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/iNzK_EMDWJ4/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/rIcP0L0jyNI/v-deo.html Channel of vcarve Pro: youtube.com/@vectric Hope that will help you.
I am amazed a machine that's lead-screw driven can achieve such details. What are its limitations if I may ask? Would you consider upgrading to a ball-screw driven one? And what about a linear rail system instead? Are those upgrades worthy or is the machine capable as is?
Hi. I'm very happy with my open builds lead screw cnc router. The only differences I would point out are: 1. You need to maintain the tension of the wheels and back lash nut to keep the accuracy. 2. Lead screw is much slower than industrial grade cncs 3. For the price, it's a great machine. There are no limitations as far as I'm aware. Check my other videos... all the projects I made are from opennuilds cnc router. Hope that help you Cheers Jacob

That was really nice... But, why is there like a frame that goes though it... was that a mistake?
Thank you. That shouldn't be there. I think it's was something to do with the machine not being set up properly. Something moved during carving.
I just got one... can't wait to start putting it together!
I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun with it.
Awesome! Looks great... nice to get a little kick in the ass to get my machine together lol
Yeah, why not!

Wow! Looks amazing
Thanks!
Cool... except for the long sleeves on a tablesaw. Very dangerous.
Good point. Will remember that. Thank you 😊
I am just ;looking at this machine now
It's a great piece of kit 👍
What were you using to clean it up at the end?
Amazon calls it Abrasive Buffing Polishing Wheels Set For Dremel Rotary Tools.
