- Watch epic, incredible fan videos from the grandstands of Austin Dillon's wild ride into the catchfence at the 2015 Coke Zero 400! From the exit of Turn 4, to just before Turn 1; from plenty rows up to just a few feet away from impact, analyze the incredible impact of Dillon's #3 slamming straight into the fence feet away from fans! The car comes to rest up side down, just to be hit by a spinning, out-of-control Keselowski! Listen to fans go from excited as Jr. wins, to terrified on impact, then erupt in cheers when they learn Dillon was able to walk away from such a violent wreck!

1:37 Dat photo timing tho.
Cheese_Wafflez I saw that!
Noticed that too
I feel so sorry for him.
Right when Brad hit him LMAO
200+ MPH to 0 in less than 12ft. Can't imagine the feeling.
so thing happened in f1 196 to 0 in like less then a second hitting a concrete wall it was a 106g crash
2:50 FANTASTIC camerawork
glad im not the only one who can appreciate some professional steady footage
I just wanna say good job nascar because that fence prevented that car from hitting the fans
I remember the chills when I saw that number 3 on live tv. Most bone chilling moment in nascar history for me
Hard to believe this was 4 years ago. That night, I’m sure many others had the same thoughts as me that we just saw another driver lose his life. Thank god for the safety equipment we have now.
been 7 years now :)
This is the best multiple shots of this. Great Job
The fear of all NASCAR drivers is the big one
Years later I still believe Dale Sr protected Austin and everyone else that night.
It’s honestly incredible how a catch fence can bring a car going 190-200 mph to (almost) a complete stop within a second.
00:51 God DAMN! That angle really puts into perspective just how fast that car hit the catch fence... that thing was a fucking blur it was going so fast!
Imagine this happening in IndyCar. Glad Austin was alright.
1:02 OH SHI
0:51 it went supersonic
I wish someone had some video footage of this wreck.
Unfortunately, I was in the front section right where he hit.
What was your initial thought when it came towards you?
Did you get injured?
Awesome video!! Thanks for using my home video!
I still get chills from the sound of a car, not slamming, but cheese grating, into the fence, stopping within a solid 15 feet, then getting hit AGAIN. 10 years ago, thats fatal.
That could’ve been a Pierre Leveigh nascar version of the catch fence didn’t do it’s job, it’s a big relief that the catch fence did it’s job
1:57 "i got that on video"
someguy: I got that on video!
people around him: WHO CARES HE MIGHT BE DEAD!!
Nice video mate👍
Fantastic video.
The sound in this video is very satisfying
nice editing
Good job!
awesome video
One thing that isn't widely mentioned is this was the very first year Daytona stopped allowing people to walk near the fence during greens. I remember others, including myself even, complaining how "lame" it was. Feel so stupid looking back. Look at any footage from previous years and you'll see people walking 3 feet away from the catch fence. This could have been a disaster.
PLZ MAKE MORE OF THESE VIDS!
The lady like “Austin!” :/
Hey Leuel, you're a beast, bro
GEEZ LADY IN THE FIRS ANGLE
*first
Reeeaw
2:01 - 2:11 "AUSTIN! OH MY GOD! OH NO! AUUUUSTIIIIIIIIIIN!!!!"
I remember seeing this on TV
Will you be doing more
+Jamie Ritchie-Price Yes! As wild crashes occur at the end of races (when most people tend to record their own videos) I will make more. I might also do older wrecks depending on how much footage I find.
That crash and Newman’s crash last year are the closest nascar has come to a fatality since Earnhardt Sr. Absolutely amazing they didnt.
This is how strong the fence is
I don't think anyone thought he survived in that moment
Trust me, everyone thought he died, especially when Brad slid into him
Anyone know the Geoff bodine crash that has only one fan angle?
yeah..that one was just mental.. u gotta check mike harmon his crash..that one was just the craziest i have ever seen like bodine's
Links to the originals in the description would've been nice.
besweeeet2 Prob shoulda done that when I just re-found every video to mass send that comment. Oh well, people can look up the username from a specific clip for the full.
Leuel48Fan And you forgot to disable resampling :(.
besweeeet2 Well, UA-cam compressed tf out of my video. The exported .mp4 file looked much better. Resampling is only noticeable if you happen to pause in an 'in-between' frame right? On a 30fps video.
Leuel48Fan Resampling can be seen while the video's playing, or at least to me it is (lol).
I remember watching this race live and when I saw the wreck I started freaking out saying he's dead. That on is by far one of the worst car vs catch fence in NASCAR history. Bodine in 2000 is # 1 and Carl Edwards at Talladega is #2. Of course this is just my opinion. Brad K " wrecky stenhoused " AD
Brad just came outta no where 1:31
2:03 when it's too big for her
Was it them screamin?
@@ourmando yessir
I was this race that night when Austin Dillon crashed into the fence.
Coming back I’m just noticing how bad this really was this could of been so much worse wow dint realize how bad it was
Camera guy near the fence almost got blown away
Now I laugh at it because I know everything is good at the end
I wanted to go to a nascar race to experience the thrill and adrenaline for intense passes and crashes. The time has to be perfect to catch the moment.
1:36 It's Perfect Timing
THE WORST WRECK EVER IN NASCAR!!!!
3 years later...
STILL THE WORST!
Yeah
No jeff bodine was the worst ever
4 years later...
Still the worst
Right coming back to it it was vicious maybe We just haven’t seen a big crash like that in a while
@@h2haze86 let's just say it's just as worse as Jeff bodine
A miracle
Holy shit what they’ve been through is big time
I was in the pits and damn it was bad
Girls: Nascar is so boring.....
Boys:
True!!
Crazy
"world's fastest junkyard"
That car was eviscerated
uhm Leuel, YOUR A FUCKING BADASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
nascarcrashesnmore I don't always upload videos, but when I do... ;)
;)
nascarcrashesnmore you're* :)

The car hits the fence and it pushes the car back

Great videos!
Now is time to show those Keselowski fans that Keselowski did get lots of time to slow down before he ran into Austin
I am no Keselowski fan, in fact Gordon nation all the way, but take into account the physics. He is slamming on brakes trying to slow from over 100 mph, without considering the brakes locking up, and at that speed even with full brakes once he hit the oil on the track he lost full control. In fact people with race buddy I heard from said Keselowski was the most worried and his radio chatter is so frantic NASCAR will not release the audio outside of those people who had race buddy that night.
He was definitely the driver that worried about Austin that day
Unless he's a cold heart asshole
KB18theBEST Yeah a lot of people I know kept telling me he was frantically worrying if he had killed Austin when his car hit the 3. In fact the only audio of the 2 team NASCAR did release was his spotter calming him down after he (the spotter) saw that Dillon was okay.
He's got to be
Sometimes he's being an asshole to be a winner
But he isn't a bad guy
He just came in the cup series for four years
He still has to study to grow up
Just like my man Kyle Busch
He was a crying baby when he just took a step into this series
But after years and years, got a really bad injury and having a baby, these change him a lot
He's not a crying baby like he used to be any more
Having a baby seems like a great way to grow up
KB18theBEST Yeah, he still does have a lot to learn.
0:50 jesus fuck
worst front or front side blowover in nascar tbh i dont know anymore front blowovers in nascar pls show me some by replying
Why are they still cheering after the crash?????
3minutes of females and 1 dude being obnoxiously panicking
Another footage

So they put a lot of cars on one road and make them drive in pretty much a circle? Sounds exciting and interesting + fun.
At 200+ MPH Bumper to Bumper
Spoken like a true ignorant jackass...Go watch a bunch of guys throwing a ball around for a few hours.......
Adrenaline Co. never touching
With some amazing crashes.
It's sad that the pit crews came faster then the safety crew
This is why I don't live in the states
jojojorisjhjosef .....yeah....because horrible racing crashes have never happened anywhere else in the world .. .........
