Factory 2 into 1 exhaust and matching saddlebags were more than Research and Development could handle.

I just picked up my 2023 White Sand Pearl this morning. 100 miles in and I’ve never ridden anything like it. I had my dealer do a Vance and Hines Hi Output 2 into 1 stainless, two-up Tall Boy saddle, Mustache engine guard and a pro tuner right off the bat. I see a lotta sick days comin’. Ride safe!

The price is a big selling point for me, I currently have a roadglide that I’ve owned about 6 years and put a lot of money into with full ohilns suspension and motor work making it a performance bagger but she’s a 2013 and just hit 45k miles so time for an upgrade. I REALLY want a RG ST but I don’t think I want the 450 dollar payment that comes with a 35k dollar motorcycle. I haven’t ridden ridden a low rider st or even a mono shock bike yet but I love my old fxdx I own too so sure I’ll love the new gen dyna

That is a great bike. I had the opportunity to ride one last summer. Great power to weight ratio with the 117. Exhaust is a must...i think someone else mentioned it but most of the aftermarket exhaust companies are bowing to the EPA and going 50 state compliant...ugh. Ride safe and enjoy. 👍👊✌️

I had the same problem after receiving my low rider st .immediately after purchase ,replaced the gasket and fix this problem

    Fabulous review
    another person at your height
    sad about the exhaust
ridiculous about the foot peg placement because 100% of people complain that they have to lift up their feet too far with these made controls
glad that the bike is 10 grand less than a full touring package
but it still drives me crazy that you have to spend money before you take the bike home
nonetheless it really is the best product that has come from Harley-Davidson a long time
thanks for the great video and review

I'm of course a big Harley fan with the possible exception of the Low Rider ST and all the STs. I love the Low Rider S but the ST is a little bit of a conundrum to me. It is of course higher than the S so does that make it a High Rider? I am not much for trying to through perfectly good touring models into corners. I think there may be better models for that. It falls a little short as a long distance touring machine. Of course I am a bit older than you. I ride quite differently as a Geezer. I do love the 117 of course.

You gonna run that 2:1 Khrome Works exhaust or D&D 2:1?? Those exhaust would look outstanding and sound cranky on your bike. Both can install and dyno your bike at Sturgis; just schedule with them beforehand.
