500 g of flour/ 4 cups of flour
9 g of salt / A teaspoon of salt
7 g of yeast / A teaspoon of dry yeast
350 ml of hot water / 1.48 metric cup of water / 1 and 1/2 cups
🌡️ Bake for 45 minutes at 190 °C / 374°F

Если смешать дрожжи с мукой, ничего страшного не произойдет. Да, вода должна быть немного горячей, не сразу после закипания, но и не теплой.
