Im doing a build with these and the mana drain is no joke😅 recharging aspect is mandatory with atleast 2 rolls of mana per second and passives from skill tree that help regen/man gain.
162 mana... those are rookie numbers, you gotta pump those up :) Seriously though, get the paragon nodes (20 for each set) and another max mana on gear, and MW the % on the pants and you should be able to get well over 300. for regen mana/s though most of those pieces get replaced by uniques, so lucky hit chance to restore % mana helps a lot, and scales with how big your mana pool gets. You just need some lucky hit to make it work. You then rely on % regen from unleash, the pants, and conjuration mastery stacks to keep your regen high enough on top of the % restore procs from your gear
My issue with this item was kind of first world, but Mana Per Second is available on Helm, Chest, and Boots. Shako and Esu's boots are unbelievably good for it (how else can you get 40% crit that easily?). And Raiment is also great in this build since the rotating lightning hurts those enemies and groups them for the explosions. Nevermind Tyreals. So it's really hard to fit in Mana Per Second items. You could say that's part of the decisions of the build but then other sorc builds can just slot those items with ease. It would be nice if rings and amulets could have resource gen.
Sorc has a lot of ways to scale Mana Regen these days, I would look into conjuration spamming with the conjuration mastery as it gives Regeneration for every conjuration up, and you can have infinite lightning spears atm which means a lot of mana regen.
I partly mitigated the mana issue with mana return on lucky hit and partly with crackling energy. The put on an Esadora to also get the explosion from picking up crackling energy. Worked fine up to T4 infernal horde. Did not min-max further as switched to lightning spear for boss damage. Do like how chain lightning look far more though (I have a thing for filling the screen purely with lightning).
I think you bolt count of 27 is off. If I read it right mama cost is per bolt so one is 6 but 2 would be 24 if I 3 would be 54 mana. under standard it right
Yeah it's a pretty top tier build, and it's fun to figured out the math behind trying to get as many chain lightnings out as possible exploding at once.
Hey, GG, most definitely a great item in my book if only for the mana regen. I got an amazing roll for it. Though I have a question about the +32.5% MAX mana part : wether I wear Axial Conduit or not, I'm still at 100 max in my mana pool exactly. I was logically expecting 132 mana. Is there an explanation for this? Am I reading this correctly? Or is it bugged also? EDIT: Problem solved outside of town, as I just realized that stat doesn't apply in town for some obscure reason. So in case so anybody needs to know. ^^ EDIT 2 : it's pronounced "Gregooh-are", à la French, by the way 👌
@@eagleotto2527 It's true, I noticed it as well. Though the reddit peeps seemingly came across the same issue as I did. As soon as I started fighting monsters outside of Kyovashad, the numbers got updated. >> So maybe MY genuine pair of blue djinns are to blame, I don't know.
@messire9837 I notice some stats don't update when in town which is annoying, they update as soon as you are attacked though, maybe that is it. I've noticed this with other items. You would think HP would update instantly...
My question is .. How in the heck do I even get my hands on Axial Conduit? I've looked everywhere; dungeons, Hall of The Pentinent, Infernal Hordes, you name it & can't find it anywhere?!
I'd like to do a chain lightning build I need the thing where it changed nine times Right now I'm rocking the fire build cuz I got starfall cornet helmet...gloves of the illuminator and staff of endless rage... I'm struggling of like the perfect pairing I'm liking Hydra and firewall and ice armor in of course meteor but I haven't found the perfect setup yet

Got a 4 GA one with decent unique aspect. I really enjoy this alot with chain lightning/ Lightning spear build.

Thank you Kaylee for the armour and boots advice, you rock

I’m gonna have to farm hell tides to get the grigoire mats now
you can use as much chain lightnings as you want, as long as you dont drain more mana than you generate you will be fine.

These pants alone with a ga roll on res gen will fix any mana issue with starless like say max attack speed blizzard
I even think that's your target Tripple masterwork the GA Res/Max Mana and it's gonna let you spam more chain lightnings and get more damage out
So to use Axial Conduit, I have to change my entire character to focus on maintaining my constantly draining mana. Is it worth it?

he showed himself wear it and his max mana went up, so not sure
