    40:37 "Team" Sports discussed. This is a HUGE problem in the wrestling coaching community. With coaches insisting on everyone doing the same thing even if it not working for everyone. A strange insistence that will go so far as to even hurt athletes in the name of "doing what the team does". It's even more dubious when you consider that even as a team sport, in wrestling everyone goes out and competes as individuals to accumulate points for the team. It's not like they are training to synchronize to pass a puck or ball to one another or using formations. Coaches will insist on this sometimes even if it ruins some athletes and literally causes them to lose matches rather then win them.

    I cut weight on 1900 cal/day while doing gym 5 times a week and martial arts 3 times. did that for 3 months, woke up dizzy, was sick/with a inflammation for 2 months, now idk how long it will take to get back😮.

      Same thing with me mate, did you find difficult with sleeping? Unable to fall asleep no matter how much tired you are?

      @@sam81811absolutely same here but i’ve been doing it much worse and pushing harder for years, sleep been shot for years
