1、粉皮材料:
糯米粉375克
粘米粉 75克
水 300克
2、餡料:
白蘿蔔 1個
廣東臘肉 2段
油豆腐 5-6塊
乾蝦米 20克
蠔油 1茶匙
醬油 2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙
蔥花 適量
Hakka radish dumplings
1. Dough material:
375g glutinous rice flour
Sticky rice flour 75g
300 grams of water
2. Filling:
1 white radish
2 pieces of Cantonese bacon
5-6 pieces of fried tofu
20g dried dried shrimp
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
Chopped green onion
