About the game:
A roguelike tactics board combat game called defend the rook pc combined with tower defense elements. Defeat the invading hordes to stay alive and save the land! Enjoy more tactics than a normal TD game, combined with the added challenge of building towers and fighting off waves of enemies!
Deploy your heroes to outsmart the enemy in defend the rook gameplay!
Enjoy more tactics than your average TD game, whilst fighting through waves of enemies.
Turn the tables on the invaders with the aid of devastating spells! Overcome the odds and outsmart the enemy.
Build and upgrade your towers to survive the onslaught!
To survive you'll need to utilize more than just your heroes wit and prowess! Careful placement of towers and upgrades will be necessary to ensure victory.

The actual combat layout reminds me of those final fantasy tactics games and others like it that were popular on the Nintendo Ds. Looks quite fun to me.

@@Danjuls Guess really depends :D To me..it remind me Dungeons and dragons (as i refer to the role play one, with board, dice and stuff). My friend with who i make videos also play Darkest Dungeon from time to time and it seems cool but i'm not so sure if im good in these games (same as in DnD...still playing it :D ) but in general dont mind them. Especially when they have nice graphics as this one here.
@@PAWsomeCATastrophe I love the narrative voice in darkest dungeon even if I never played it. I still have my green DnD box and another called expert. And one roleplaying version of Judge Dredd I have not played in many years 😀 glad you still play!
@@Danjuls Honestly didnt played DnD from around 2 months..and it feel so weird. But one of my favorite session ever was Tomb of Horrors, one shot...and..it took 10 hours and we somehow survived...

I know that I only have this review to go off of, but from what you showed, I'd say 13/25 seems about right. I get a sense that it would be a pretty bare bones title, and would get kind of boring in the later hours of a playthrough

While this might not be a game I'd normally play, I do really love the art style of it and the Magister's voice is phenomenal! I do really like how it plays though in comparison to other games of the genre!
