Treat yourself to a healthy and simple dessert with our Blueberry Cake. Packed with juicy blueberries and made with almond flour, this cake is not only moist and tender but also free from added sugars. It can be a tasty and healthy addition to your breakfast routine.
INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
3 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) plain yogurt
2 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup fresh blueberry
COOKING STEPS:
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and add 3 Tbsp honey and 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) plain yogurt
Whisk together to combine
Add 2 cups almond flour and 2 tsp baking powder. 2 teaspoons really makes a difference, the cake will be perfectly fluffy (much better than with 1 tsp)
Mix ingredients together very well
Add 1 cup fresh blueberries and mix it with a spoon or spatula
Line the form with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared form
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees (180 Celsius)
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the form for 5 minutes

What is 350 degrees in Celsius please?
We suggest to preheat to 180 in Celsius. Thank you for comment, I updated description. In the video you can see both temperatures in subtitles (0:34)

Doesn’t looks like raised like baking soda.
That’s because of the almond flour, it’s more thick consistency. If you use regular flour, the rising will be more visible
@@runthedishyes! I made it yesterday and turned out great but not rises too much but that’s ok I prefer this than that 😊
