@@tamargamliel5615 okay yeah I looked around and apparently this trail won't open again until December 2025. Of course no one wants to walk Devil's Backbone in the winter so really the trail is closed till summer 2025. Thanks!

Yes, sure, you can use grass-fed butter. It will add a rich flavor and creamy texture. Just use it in the same amount as regular butter.
I thought Olive Oil has low burning point so it is used in room temperature like Salad why is used to sear the brisket?
Thank you for bringing that up! You’re right about olive oil having a lower smoke point. However, many chefs use it for searing because it adds a rich flavor. It could be better to use tallow but not a crime to use EVOO. Just be mindful to use it at the right temperature.

Half a cup is 8 tablespoons. Quarter of a cup is 4 tablespoons. Your measurement are off and the cookies won't come out right.

Likewise, 7 tablespoons of butter is around 100 grams, a bit shy of ½ cup. Great tip! Although adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the beef bone broth is an excellent way to enhance the extraction of nutrients from the bones and marrow. We think, using ACV might not be essential when using an Instapot, as the high heat is usually sufficient to break down the bones and release collagen.

That's a clever shortcut! Using the microwave does indeed make the process quicker. As far as I know, microwaved sweet potatoes are softer and moister. I personally love the golden-brown color of roasted potato cubes.🙃
