The Exhale bladeless ceiling fan creates a vortex in your room. This Tesla inspired design utilizes the science of laminar flow. We created this video to show the vortex flow of the Exhale fan in a room with a smoke generator after many suggestions from our water demo. The smoke used is very light and although appears to be moving very quickly is quite gentle. Standard 34" Exhale fan in a 14x15' room with a 8' ceiling. Enjoy! - Наука та технологія
I love how this video is 9 years old and they are still doing pre-orders
Yes, the fan is awesome but I would really like to know where I can get one of those smoke machines! :-)
Awesome! A floor to ceiling tornado maker!
Yes, Exhale Fans is currently working on a LED light kit to be released late 2013.
that's amazing!
You're not communicating with your customers about shipping 2018-2019 orders. BBB complaints are being filed. Customers have been promised delivery for several months and now you're not returning emails or phone calls.
Thanks for the warning, was interested in getting one of these but now I will avoid them.
84xiaoxiao, Yes you could mount a bracket to the wall as an overhang for the fan, but the preferred installation would be from a rod mounted to the ceiling if you wish to bring it down.
May I ask how to clean this fan? The circle layer seem easy to collect dust.
Nice
Wow pretty flash😀
So this video shows how well the smoke gets dispersed by the fan. Nothing is said about how the fan feels as compared to a traditional bladed fan. The center vortex of smoke rising seems like you would feel a breeze there (and ruin it by standing in it), but the outside areas of smoke seam pretty stagnant with only slight movement. I have a fan b/c I want to feel the breeze.
this one does not blow wind on you. it just equalises the room temperature. meaning hot air near the top is pushed away to the walls and cold air takes its place. the effect though, is great.
I have 3 of these, for almost 2 years now. They do help to distribute the cooler air from the split wall units better. It is noticeable within minutes of shutting them off. I would not recommend them for kitchens as every time I go to use powders and spices- they get sucked up. lol Seriously. The only issue I have with these is cleaning them. They do gather dust and the material of the fan isn;t the easiet to clean because it's textured, though getting in between all of the circular blades is the real challenge. Do you sell a special tool designed for cleaning them?
i have faith in this
can this can be mounted on the wall and tilted if I fabricate a bracket for it? My ceiling is 14ft high and many of my rooms have not closed in ceiling. I live in China, I assume the 240v will work over there? thanks
Make one that blows the air upwards vs outwards to be used as a bathroom vent fan. To suck the humidity outside
Will this have an kind of light like most ceiling fans?
That Nice I want it
Hey! I think I see the Storm Chasers!
What if somebody is doing paperwork? Will it suck the paper up up into the fan?
I would like to see a comparison between a normal fan.
Can you make a video without music so we can hear how loud it is?
I really want one I do but I don't know where to get one please if anyone has info tell me
Tesla turbine made into a celling fan, I love it!
Ohh no wonder it's so efficient!
@@weneedmoreconsideratepeopl4006 Pretty clever if you ask me! I could see many ways it could be made extremely better.
Is it possible for the bladeless fan to include a downlight in the centre?
yes y not?
Question: Will someone feel suction if they are right underneath it?
no, just a draft
Joe Bill It's coming it's headed right for us.
So on a hot day it moves hot air around?
Same way a regular fan would move hot air around.
yes. other fans do that too
Watch the full scale vortex airflow demonstration to see just how effective our fans are! bit.ly/1xOuIMb
Instrumental version of "Put Me To Work" by Papa
Isn’t that basically creating a tornado in a room?
Magique
I want fan
See the Exhale Fan in action! This full scale vortex air flow demonstration lets you see for yourself how cool our product is! bit.ly/1xOuIMb
does it filter the air as well? i mean that would be cool. clean fresh air in the house. not blowing dust around like fans with blades
I've gotta go Julia we've got cows.
nm i found a vid without music. v=C28O8WcaeW8
There is still a lot of background noise though.
Have you seen our vortex airflow demonstration? bit.ly/1xOuIMb
Vaccum fan!!!
The cost is very high. In the middle east the ambient temperature is as high as 48 deg C and 90% humidity in summer. A 1.5 ton split AC unit (japanese/korean) costs approx. 350 USD here. No one here would spend 500 USD or even 250 USD on a fan here.
Check out this vortex airflow demonstration! bit.ly/1xOuIMb
Nice video, but i would still love answers to my questions on your indigogo comments page. Please look for the comments from "Sean". I want to pitch your idea to my boss, but if you wont answer my questions.....
NO WONDER THERE WAS A LITTLE CLUMP OF DIRT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. The tornado action of this fan sucked in dirt into one pile.
The Airflow of the Exhale is very gentle. Standing underneath the fan you will feel an up flow of air, but not a harsh suction.
That fan looks a little shaky.
You can actually SEE the difference! bit.ly/1xOuIMb
The ExhaleFans website will be opening our online store in the next couple weeks for preorders. In the meantime, please sign up for our mailing list to get the latest news as it happens.
Why not have someone calming giving some information about what it's doing so we can get a fix on the personality of the developers?
It's just an impeller design, I was expecting Ionic breeze!
if you can incorporate an ioniser in the centre, with a HEPA filter, you have the best gadget as an air purifier.
Does that mean I can never fart again?
it makes sure your fart is dispatched to every nostril in that room
Get ready for this super loud deep fried music
Open the window! Lol
We doesn’t want technical names vortex flow or any other technical term we need a fan to cool ourselves. These are marketing tactics
Anyway all the best
If your product can beat conventional fan you will be the winner
why ruin a great video with annoying music? it's bad enough to have to put up with it on every snow boarding video ever shot. Death of imagination. Even though annoyed, the fan looks interesting.
cool item. contact me if you're interested in licensing.
Endah...........
What i want : Low price (250$ maximum) , very low electric consumption , Air and odor Filtration, led fixation. If possible, on/off by android/iphone smartphone !
good luck
Enga..
So I have to sit only and directly under the fan.. an waste of design...
Sean, Please check your Indiegogo account, I answered your questions through them. If you have further questions please feel free to email me, my address can be found on our website company page.
das bei so einfachen dingen immer so viel geld verlangt wird ist unverschämt , bei 199 euro wäre das ganze immer noch ein mächtiger gewinn für so eine company
Bet these cost a fortune and try to find anyone to install them.
It installs like any other ceiling fan. It's just a few wires, no rocket scientist needed.
good luck, always out of stock.
Stay away from this company. They aren’t shipping their fans. I’ve been waiting for 5 months. No refund or fan. Check out BBB.org and read the multiple complaints.
i want to know how much this is going to be, my living room ceiling is really low, for a normal ceiling fan, about 8ft, but this thing would be awesome
Useless if it just collects dust
