Taking 1000 IU every day made me go from low libido to super high libido but it took a few weeks to recover from the Vitamin D deficiency. The thing is I was deficient because I don't go outside much, even during the summer and when I do, it's generally not enough time to get enough Vitamin D or not enough days per week. But the supplement helped a lot. I used to have weak erections and a very low libido, now it's so high I can say I think about it all the time which is normal for a guy my age but the crazy thing is most young men are so deficient that they have the hormone levels of a middle aged man.

I often get hard after a very intense weightlifting session, it just automatically puts me in the mood. Helps blood strength.
Better flavor than lettuce
I'm was disclosed to take low dose 1K Vitamin D everyday other day, maybe I should take it daily when I am a fragile older darker skin male 🤔
What? You switch to talking about Vitamin C for a while there at the end. did you misspeak?
Vitamin D3 is best
I take 2000iu's daily 😁 but I'm a firm ( pun intended ) Believer in Maca, Goats root etc as Well
You have to expose your testicles to sunlight
Would it be ok if just the scrotum is exposed. I'd much prefer to not expose the testicles.
No. Thats just for Tucker Carlson
😅
I take 10,000 IU with K2, magnesium and eat high in potassium foods. I feel much better and I workout more now at the age of 45 and feel even younger. Ladies even like you better 😆 🤣 😂
I take about that much too (10-12.5k IU).. I'm slightly older than you as well. Dr. Berg says if you drink enough water during the day there's not much of a need for Vitamin K2, because the water decalcifies the bloodstream naturally. I thought I'd mention that, but if you find Vitamin K2 helpful then that's alright.
I thought this discussion was regarding vitamin D? Why did she/you state is C safe? Surely you meant vitamin D.
How 🤔 can vitamin D make an impact when the people in the study taking way below the average vitamin D they should be taken...our body has vitamin d receptor almost all over our body...
if you're low on vitamin D, you can take vitamin D to help your D?
Maybe it’s not a booster, but maybe it’s necessary to maintain your natural level of testosterone?
Get 30 minutes of good old sunshine
I can't. My skin burns within 5 minutes without sun screen. So, everyone is different.
Vitamin D with K2 , not just the D
When I took vitamin d supps I got vitamin d poisoning.
Right, likely no direct causal effect, if you are healthy that will increase testosterone and vitamin D is one factor in health.
10,000 IU Daily.... Previous Vitamin D Deficient In All Places Hawaii..... Night Shift....
I worked night shift at a machine shop before the shut down. I was becoming depressed, angry, moody, and withdrawn. Supplement d3 probably saved my life.
@@FoereaperGaming same here. Night shift contractor overseas working 12hr shifts for years. I couldnt sleep more than 3 hours a night, ED, depression, virtigo. After 6 months of 5000iu Vit D I literally feel like a new person.
Finally got it! Vitamin "D"...
Boron keeps D3 in the body longer
Been taking Vitamin D for ten years now. 50,000 units per week. Auto immune disease. Was the reason. Now I have low testosterone. Why is the body stop making testosterone.
The same happened to me I've been taking 5k of vd then have low testesterone and low sex desire with erectile dysfunction
When was the last time you talked about urology?
Hii dr mam i have a big problem in my genetial organ which is really effecting my health my penis is always horny with pain in erection i get automatic ejaculation all night with different treatments and medication its still the same can you help me please
You might find Dr Berg yt videos on vitamin D interesting. He makes a valid argument that the current standards are flawed. 3000 IU a day is a meaningless dose for therapeutic use. Watch his videos or give him a call.
A human who takes D, K, Zing, Mg and B complex is defo on boost. Now what u r saying is ...... Who takes only D? i don't know.
I don't care what anyone says when I don't take vitamin D3 I notice a huge difference I don't have morning erections I don't get a morning erection and I don't have much energy so yes vitamin d does make a huge difference
Hormonal economy is based on vitamin D3 which comes only from animal products. Vedanism and limiting animal products leads to serious health complications. Vitamin D3 deficiency weakens immunity. Man practically does not process or only in a small amount of Vit D2 coming from plants. Vitamin D2 supplementation will not improve health. Only D3 supplementation and eating animal products helps.
❤❤
No. it isn't. Ask me how i know
VITAMIN D IS A FAT SOLUBLE VITAMIN , SO WONDERING IN THESE STUDIES DID THEY ADMINSTER SOME SORT OF FAT WHEN TAKING VITAMIN D
On the money with this question
I take it with my gf's ... 😌
Studies are a joke, you need a min of 10K iu a day My personal journey blows away all allopathic medicine
I used 50k for 3 months, then I lowered it to 20k, with vit. K2 (both MK-4 and MK-7)
🎉🎉🎉🎉
No its is not. My total vitamin D level is 70...didn't raise testosterone at all.
❤😂😊
No its no
Disappointing news as always.
They don’t want us checking vitamin D levels? Lol. Smells fishy.
I’m never affected by Vitamin D. Though one of my friend is allergic to vitamin D.
My wife left five years ago so it's a bit awkward for me to comment here, but I'm pretty sure when I get extra sunlight to bare skin, I do better in age group competitive sports. Having Low-T can cause many more problems than one might think.
This is horseshit lmao 😂
