years ago I was diagnosed with chronic vitamin D deficiency. I was prescribed 10K IU per day especially during winter. My family noticed within days that my mood or attitude had greatly improved. So the idea that it is a testosterone booster as you reported is insignificant however as a mood stabilizer and enhancer for those whom have a severe deficiency is measurable. Love your videos-thanks.

I'm surprised you didn't mention that the issues of supplementing (or over supplementing) with Vitamin D can be countered by taking Vitamin K2 in parallel with Vitamin D. You can find Vitamin D supplements now that have K2 combined in them already

Taking 1000 IU every day made me go from low libido to super high libido but it took a few weeks to recover from the Vitamin D deficiency. The thing is I was deficient because I don't go outside much, even during the summer and when I do, it's generally not enough time to get enough Vitamin D or not enough days per week. But the supplement helped a lot.
I used to have weak erections and a very low libido, now it's so high I can say I think about it all the time which is normal for a guy my age but the crazy thing is most young men are so deficient that they have the hormone levels of a middle aged man.

I am a 18 years old from germany and have the same libido/erectile issues at the moment and have a Vitamin-D level of 16>ng/ml. Can you tell me more about your way out of the deficency?

    • @olivierlazure1
      @olivierlazure1 Місяць тому

@@marchesofgermany2755 I take a 1000 IU vitamin D supplement every morning with my ADHD medication. But what really helped cure low libido is lowering stress, by not having such a stressful job. To be honest, I was unemployed for a long time and living rent-free with my parents so stress levels were low, but generally I'm the kind of person who is not stressed easily, except that one time I worked as a waiter.
Another thing also, and this is essential, you need to be getting enough sleep, otherwise you'll have low testosterone levels, and everything will be a mess down there. Don't neglect your sleep, this is even more important than supplementation, and not many men are aware of that. I see my dad staying up late and getting only 6 h of sleep, and I see my little brother doing the same, then they complain they're tired lol.
Also, food intake is very important, you need enough fats in your diet, and you need enough carbs and enough protein, and most importantly, enough calories, if you're trying to cut down to shredded abs, you're not going to have a good libido, so don't do that.
Lastly, the one other aspect that could be the issue is your mindset, or what you think about on a daily basis. I found that if I see a lot of pictures of naked women, or videos, then I am much more in the mood so to speak, then if I don't look at that stuff for a while. And you'll find that if you edge for like many hours, you'll probably have a very high libido for the rest of the day or maybe even all week because you'll be focused on what you've seen. Guys on Nofap claim that it desensitizes you, but I disagree, lewd imagery just makes you more in the mood, assuming diet, sleep, and stress levels are optimized.
Experts (Doctors) also recommend getting some exercise, and if you don't overdo it, you can definitely get some great benefits from that. I often get hard after a very intense weightlifting session, it just automatically puts me in the mood. I train at home though so you might experience different results in a public gym, but when you get home, you'll feel it. Other sports can also achieve that effect, not just lifting.
If you follow all these tips (low stress, good exercise, good diet, seeing and thinking about attractive women, and good sleep) then you will fix your issues and the change will be noticeable rather quickly. If you look at the research and fact check what I wrote, you'll see that information is easy to find. Vitamin D supplementation will only make a difference for someone who doesn't get much sunlight. I live in Canada and I get sunburnt easily in the summer, hence why I need Vitamin D supplements.

I take a 1000 IU Vitamin D supplement every morning with my ADHD medication, but what really helped my low libido was reducing stress-mainly by quitting a stressful job. I was unemployed for a while, living rent-free with my parents, and that helped keep my stress low. I’m generally not a stressed person, except that one time I worked as a waiter.
Sleep is crucial for testosterone levels and overall health. Without enough rest, things can go downhill. It’s even more important than supplements, but not enough people realize this. I see my dad and little brother staying up late and getting only 6 hours of sleep, then complaining about being tired.
Your diet matters too. You need enough fats, carbs, protein, and most importantly, enough calories. If you’re trying to cut fat for abs, your libido might suffer, so don’t neglect this.
Mindset also plays a role. I’ve noticed that seeing more adult content can actually increase my mood and libido. Some guys on NoFap claim it desensitizes you, but I disagree-seeing that stuff can definitely boost desire, as long as your sleep, diet, and stress are in check.
Exercise is also key. Experts recommend it, and I’ve found that intense weightlifting sessions can boost libido too. I train at home, so results might vary in a gym, but exercise in general can help.
If you follow these tips-lower stress, good exercise, solid diet, sleep, and a positive mindset-you’ll likely see quick results. The research backs this up. Vitamin D supplementation is helpful if you don’t get much sunlight, like me living in Canada.

@@marchesofgermany2755 Take 10,000 i.u daily with vitamin K2. It may sound like a lot but its equivalent to just (.25) milligrams ( a 1/4 of 1 mg!) Toxicity only occurs when taking extremely high amounts such as 200,000 iu daily for months. Next, go to a tanning salon especially between the months of September through April because Germanys latitude is above 33 meaning you are far from the equator the suns UVB is negligible and UVB (non ionizing radiation) is what synthesizes the cholesterol in our skin into vitamin D3. The majority of salons use bulbs in their tanning booths that emit a combination of UVA and UVB similar to the sun (97% UVB -3% UVB) and all you need is 5 -10 minutes exposure twice per week along with supplementing the 10k iu daily to boost blood serum levels into the 70 to 100 ng/ml range. These two steps plus a healthy diet and some exercise will increase libido and all that goes with it. Good luck!

From what I know (not a Doctor) with ranges less than 20 or 25 even mainstream medicine will recommend supplementation, some vitamin D literate practitioners will recommend a level of above 45-50 to no more than 60 and even others will recommend as high as 60-80 vitamin D level. I take about that much too (10-12.5k IU).. I'm slightly older than you as well. Dr. Berg says if you drink enough water during the day there's not much of a need for Vitamin K2, because the water decalcifies the bloodstream naturally. I thought I'd mention that, but if you find Vitamin K2 helpful then that's alright.

Hormonal economy is based on vitamin D3 which comes only from animal products. Vedanism and limiting animal products leads to serious health complications. Vitamin D3 deficiency weakens immunity. Man practically does not process or only in a small amount of Vit D2 coming from plants. Vitamin D2 supplementation will not improve health. Only D3 supplementation and eating animal products helps.
