I was in a Hobby Lobby store for the first time in my life yesterday and was amazed at what they have in there. I found packages of peel-and-stick tile for $11.99! I watched this video today and look forward to installing tiles in the very small kitchen area of my tiny home on wheels. I am 66 and purchased a 2021 T@b 320S Boondock. Kudos to you and your hubby on the work you are doing on your vintage camper! You remind me so much of myself about 40 years ago. God bless you! 👩🦳 Olympia, WA PS. The Hobby Lobby tiles were not a reduced sales price! They are water resistant, heat resistant up to 176 deg, and humidity resistant up to 95%.
Looks great. You could put a piece of fire proof glass behind the stove, you would have protection but still be able to see the tiles and be able to use all the burners.
It’s coming together so nicely! I’m going to age myself here, but, when I was younger, we would listen to ABBA on the record player when we would clean the house, ABBA is great music to work to! 😃 I’m really enjoying watching your camper/trailer makeover!
I just put this exact tile over my shower. I found any pieces that were not sticking well, to use a hair dryer. This heats up the glue and will allow it to stick better. Beautiful tile and you did a great job!!
I used Peel and Stick tiles in my camper backsplash and the back burner heat doesn’t effect it. Mine have been up for over a year in every temperature from below freezing to high 90s and they have held up excellent. As long as the surface is clean and the inside of your camper was fairly warm when they were put up, they’ll stay super well.
Thank you for this great video. I've been looking at a few with this kind of peel and stick tiles, contemplating on using them in my downstairs toilet room. I was hesitant about the white part, didn't know if it would look too much like regular plastic or if it would be a convincing fake. But since you mentioned how far it should be away from heat sources, I realized I can't use them anyway since they would have to go behind a radiator. Just that little bit of info that was missing in all the other video was sooo usefull for me. Thank you.
Oh my goodness how do you have everything I need for a camper remodel?! I just finished watching the cushion one! We are trying to do this as well! I will be watching the floor one next!😉 I’m sending all of these to my mom for her and my dad to watch! Thank you!!!😁💕
I just checked Amazon - it’s $26.97 now! That’s pricey if you have to buy about 10 packages. I just finished my kitchen countertop, am working on the cabinets, then want to do the peel and stick backsplash. (I won’t be buying them at Amazon). Helpful video - thanks!
These tiles were 14.99 Canadian when you showed them a while back!! Had them in my cart and I got an email said they price went up to 24? Or something I just looked they are now 50.99 for 4 10x10 sheets FOUR! WTF

Good color. Nicely done, you must have had a lot of patience . Inspiration for those of us contemplating rv projects.

I think it was well worth redoing them. The end product looks amazing 🤩 Nice work!
What ever happened to the faux marble counter? I was so excited to see them together!
I did it just for a video to test out the product, I was thinking of doing it in my house but was too nervous to try it so the camper acted as a test!
@@OurLittleNest Can I stick it on over the existing tiles?
Omg it looking beautiful, I can’t wait to see the end result. Loving it.
You are doing a marvelous job Emelyne!!!!! 💖💖💖💖💖
This is such a great idea! I absolutely love the colour♡
That looks amazing! I can’t wait to see how honey turns out!

The marble counter was so pretty. Did it hold up at all? Nice job!
Great job! Turned out amazing!
It would be so nice to add some controles LED lights under the kitchen cabinets with solar panels on the ruff ❤️😜
we have LED lights for the kitchen, that will be shown in my kitchen reno video!
our little nest , how did your tiles stay on with change in seasons? did they stay on or start to peel off? cheers
Getting a lot done there very nice 👍
No issues, I have had it for 4 years and have a counter top stove.
that's so great to hear!
Beautiful job, I have singular tile in my kitchen, very difficult to install.👍👍😊
How does this hold up over time in your camper with the hot and cold season
Great job!!
I have a question about your prep, did you remove the seem on your camper wall? The tile looks great!
Oh wow it looks amazing 💕
Ohhhh My Oh My I ❣️the tiles ✨💙
Looks really good
I’ve looked at these tiles. But don’t know if i should use in my kitchen
Instead of cutting it. Get a small piece of trim. White or to match your window. It'll cover that up. The tile looks so nice in the kitchen.
Looks amazing😎✌
My workout can wait!when you upload its 👍🎉🎈
Looks so good.
I love this video 💕
Now that some time has passed, how is this holding up for you. We put peel and stick subway tile in our camper and over the winter they all fell off!
How have the tiles held up?
I’m not completely sure, but I think the heat issue is so the adhesive doesn’t let go.
Hi..What are the details for the tiles you bought off Amazon.
How many did you end up using all together
Pretty
I had the same exact problem above our window and decided on the same solution!! HA!!
😂😂😂 always a way to hide mistakes! Glad I’m not alone haha
@@OurLittleNest Agreed! And we’re the ones in it, so I can deal with a covered up gap!! 😂
You could spray paint all the window frames white for a cleaner look. The brown is distracting.
They are actually gold not brown, I thought about spraying them but I like the color for now!
Very nice amazing

WHAT! that's crazyyyy!!
how is this afordable at 20 bucks each?
How much money did it cost
Bloody hell its £27 per pack in the uk.. does look nice tho x
I KNOW!! $50.64 Canadian!!! I’d honesty not live in a rundown apartment aif I lived in the states and got paid what I got paid here.
