- 大家好 这一期 和大家分享一道超级简单做的蒜香煎虾 希望大家会喜欢
材料 :
鲜虾 8 只
蒜头 1 粒
小辣椒 1 条
调味:
生抽 1 汤匙
白糖 1 茶匙
1. Prawns 8pcs devein and clean
2. Garlic 1 clove minced
3. Chilli padi 1pc diced
4. Spring onion 1 stalk cut ~2cm
Seasoning (mix in a bowl)
1. Light soya sauce 1tbsp
2. Sugar 1tsp
Method
1. Stir fry the garlic for a while, add in prawn to sauté both sides
2. Add in seasoning and mix well, then turn to high heat and add in chilli padi, stir fry
3. Add in spring onion and mix well
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕

哇!鸿厨上次的菠萝蝦己夠好吃如今又耒道蒜香蝦真教人难抗拒,问题是超简单很符合大道从简这道理。本人想请教鸿厨1〉炸鸡无论用啥粉不到-亇钟就不酥脆了,到底怎样処理才不回潮。2)还有冰箱拿出来的东西可否直接下锅炸呢?(比如炸鸡块醃过夜放冰箱,隔天拿出来可否直接下油炸呢?这是否不酥脆的关键呢,请鸿師父指教。谢谢
您好 要不会潮其实要炸到很干 如果要保持肉的水份就比较难做到不回潮
冰箱出来的东西要放一边等回温再处理
