- Let's revisit the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 with Snag and the Great Ocean Road.
What we like:
- User friendliness
- Improved build quality
- Creates a new niche
Room for improvement:
- Stiff rear suspension
- Heavy for a 650
- More torque please

It's reminiscent of my 2020 Yamaha XSR900 from the onboard and the dash and layout but even aged 64 I still need that banzai top end rush to 150mph! Yee haaa! Nice videos guys. Great words and images.
Hmmm. An XSR900 you say. A bit of a different beastie to the Enfield, but I hear you. It's a relaxed ride, with enough go to put a smile on your dial, you old horsepower hound you.
Thank you 👍
@INFO MOTO what a fantastic video production, producer (The Legend Spencer) & Snag the star⭐️ Bloody brilliant chaps☄️🔥🙌
Good onya Steve!!
@@INFO_MOTO Why are these so popular? They are inexpensive, relatively well made, look and sound nice but for me there's that torque! This unassuming gentleman's chariot delivers a very decent 45Nm @ just 2,000rpm and 50Nm at 5,000 rpm before it falls off like a cliff. Now that's relaxing motorcycling! My modest 2020 Yamaha XSR900 delivers a crazy 68Nm @ just 2,000rpm ahead of a Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 with just 54Nm @ 2,000rpm. Most of the litre sportbikes have bugger all low down but nothing beats a 2023 Honda CB650R with 14Nm @ 2,000rpm. No chance of that champ ripping your arms off at any stage! LOL
@@theaustralianconundrum Great precis. You want a job here at INFO MOTO? It's fun, but the pay is shite. Lol. Cheers.
Too late. I just gave up on motorcycles. Back to 4 wheels now on in.@@gregleech8832
G'day Snag. Will be buying the green coloured one in December for my 65th. Currently have the Interceptor and I cannot fault it. Great bikes for doing your own thing on! Will fit the touring screen and bags for the short tours that I should be able to do. Certainly can't beat the price, thats for sure. Thanks for the review brother, appreciate it.
Onya Andy. I reckon the Interceptor is a grouse bike. Stood out to me as the 650 of choice. This one is more refined, better built and easier to sit on for longer stints. Loved that orange in the 'Ceptor though.
I test rode it here in the UK,,, I did not really like the riding position,so would never buy a cruiser. The engine is OK but I just think it needs an injection of excitement,it needs the SS big bore kit fitted as standard just for more torque.. I,m thinknig then you would end up with something abit Harleyish with loads of torque but quite good handling at a moderate price.Otherwise its too boring...
Horses for courses, but its true that those looking for a speed rush might look elsewhere.
The video looks yellow
Wrong filter ?
Anyway, I'm looking to buy a bike and will definitely test ride it soon
Aussie sun mate. Everything here is brighter! Lol. Cheers.
Nicely filmed👍
Thanks. We like to think that our videos offer some fun and good information as well. Appreciate your words.
