Hi ABD if you are ever stuck for something to do on a sunny day { assuming there is one} and feel like a trip to the gold coast. I have 9 Royal Enfield and my brother has 3 all after 2015 in our garage. You would be vey welcome to visit if you would like to add a few more models to your excellent content. We are the same age bud except I turned 54 in September, hey i know what you mean about the bats and mangos the mongrels got all but 2 of the bowans, a tree i got from cairns about 20 odd years ago these are the best mangos i have ever tasted and I think the bats agree,I will be more prepared for the pricks next year. Anyway ride safe and maybe we can meet up some time and go for a ride, I have a re interceptor and a re Himalayan. Cheers mate.

Ruby's favourite toy is her fox 🥰 She takes him out into the garden at every opportunity. She's very good at taking him out but muggins here always has to remember to bring him back in again, otherwise he's likely to get nicked by the local strays overnight. Enjoyed the return of "Trolley cam" btw. Give Buddy a hug from the two of us ! Garry & Ruby
Thanks Garry, that’s what us humans are for mate… I’m lucky, Buddy knows the giraffe is an indoor toy and doesn’t take it outside😁 Took the super meteor to 70mph and a bit 😉 and not getting any vibrations like you had so hopefully you just got a dud ? Hugs to Ruby

If I ever get healthy again, I need to get over to Almeria and test their Celestial Super Metepr while they've still got it. I suppose one key difference is that you ran your SM in, whereas demo bikes just get ragged from day one. Hearing lots of talk from India that the 452 motor vibrates like a bar steward at anything above 60 mph, thereby meaning that ultimately it has the same cruising speed as the Himalayan 411, which kind of negates the idea of the 452 possibly being better on longer trips. My guess is, that a lot of this is because they are not sticking to the running in recommendations. On a single and to a lesser extent on a twin, I think whether you run the bike in or not, does have a significant effect upon how smooth it runs in the end. Also the bikes are currently brand new, so ragging a brand new single is not going to be the same as ragging it once it's got 3000 km on it. All engines smooth out over time. I'll definitely try to get a go on their new SM, which by now probably has a few kms on it and might have smoothed out a bit. Cheers Clive, hugs to Budders Garry & Ruby

Mate, I own a SM 650 and wish I could appreciate the screen...😕 However, I did purchase Royal Enfield barend mirrors, and it was a game changer for looks and visibility behind! I don’t have a problem with it at all but I know some people struggle with buffering… maybe I’m just too cruise…lol Bar end mirrors 🤔 I’m kind of interested now…. Maybe I’ll look into that 😁

I went on for New year's Eve Party 🥳🎉 & rode home about 6:30am on New year's Day & was quite no traffic & beautiful morning. Haven't been out since though. On New year's Eve when I left home it was pissing down but fine 20km up the road so bike got filthy & only just washed it. I gave it another wash on Thursday young Derek would be proud how it turned out😂🤣.
