I think the adults planned it and the dekalbs should have called CPS last year when the child named Hannah came to their house at 3 am and went into their bedroom to wake them up, hysterical and very frightened but they allowed one of the women to come into the bedroom where Hannah was hiding and coax her out and get her back home. I would have been calling the police when it happened. Instead a year later they have other kids asking them to hide food for them? another Turpin family! I am not blaming the neighbors. but they should have acted sooner. Maybe those kids would still be alive. In 2011 Sarah Hart was charged with assaulting one of the kids..claimed she let her anger get the best of her! She got probation and her 90 day jail sentence was stayed.
