If you are poor and workout with a partner, get a sub compact car in neutral on a flat driveway or road with your partner in the driver seat with car on in neutral (power steering if needed) and windows down for communication. My brother and I had an old diesel Mercedes we drove to school in high school. Every late fall, winter and early spring we had to roll start it. We would push start it all the time. We could push the sled at football practice in circles around the other kids (push so hard it turns and overpowers players on the opposite side.).

I think someone can touch his full foot to the ground is to drop his ankle after the hip is throughly extended. It doesn't provide any benefit but harms. Also, not letting the ankle drop helps increase ankle stiffness.

If you don't have a turf/carpet floor, but have access to basketball wood floor, put a towel down, then the plate on top of the towel. Then you're gonna push it across the gym floor. & Yes you can stack the weights. Just don't push so fast they slide off one another & you go flying forward. Go slow. Hope this helps.

The way he pushes the sledge here the first time is not really recommended. It is better to have the arms bent, close to the body, and the upperbody not so parallel to the ground. You're wasting too much energy this way and partially losing the training effect. I recommend the video from squat university, where it is also shown better. The funny thing is that you show a different technique in the thumbnail, which more effective.
