The Acolyte did a weird retcon on this. The characters claim that if you do not train as a very young child, you will lose your connection to the Force forever. Unless you become a Sith. This is a major plot point. Except wait a minute, Luke was probably 18 when he started training. Maybe it was lies, but if so the Jedi lied and not just the Sith, at least in the story. Actually, come to think of it, Mae had trained practically from birth with the witches, and then later under her Sith master. So this aspect makes even less sense. As does Osha losing her connection to the Force and not doing anything with it after being expelled. That did not happen to Ahsoka.
Kota's lack of training is visible. He's more of a General and Leader than duelist, that's why in lore, it was the only Jedi in his streak that he had advantage over.

Kota is really cool, and one of my favorite Jedi. Instead of taking an army that was built and ready for war, he instead built his own from scratch and it ended up being one of the best fighting forces of the Republic, and it allowed him to survive Order 66 thanks to thek being volunteers and not clones.
I highly doubt Mace hated clone troopers, but it probably bothered him seeing the face of the guy he killed all the time. Then again, he might not have ever seen Jango's face in person before

Windu is depicted as saving or helping clones more than the other jedi. He's a very effective general and every time we saw him in the Clone Wars it was clear he cared about his troops. He saves Stak and Razor before himself, helped the knocked out ATTE pilot, helps the clone blown up by boba, and so on. We rarely see his unit getting casualties
If I’m remembering right Kota never hated the clones he just didn’t place his trust them and it served him right I think it was explained in Force unleashed but I got to play it again to make sure.

Pong Krell really hated Rex and the rest of the 501st legion of clone troopers and all clones in the grand army of the republic, Krell said that they were all his pawns, he thought of them as puppets, he even ordered 212th and the 501st to fight against one another for his amusement and that was horrible of him to do that to the clones and especially to Rex too.
It’s always a mystery when in the clone wars when someone knows about the order 66 before anyone else does, they are always ended up killed and dead, obviously for the story to make sense of course.
@@adrialwrecker I think for the most part, even if someone did come out with that order, the republic would write it off as a lie. Palpatine was so powerful he hid his power from nearly everyone. Obi Wan didn't listen to Dooku when he told him what was going to happen. Palpatine was actually pretty smart with him deflecting or causing the war to escalate to distract the jedi's focus. I could be wrong that but that's how I remember it.
Honestly the Shatterpoint story with Mace's regrets in not killing Dooku on the spot helps further flesh out his "unjedi" like behavior when dealing with Palpatine.
Which also hopefully means Star Killer is canon as well. They could just tone down his powers a bit or make him more weak in saber skill to balance him out. Sadly i don't trust Disney anymore. To me they ruined the series. They break and change lore, write characters to be so stupid to be actual people or effective leaders, they try to make sith more anti hero rather than evil.
