I have a large pot cooking now that has 5kgs of marrow bones plus other beef bones and 20 liters volume for the last 7 hours. I'll be going to bed and the wood oven just do the work.

I'm watching Beyond Evil on Netflix rn and they were slurping up this soup so I had to pause it just to look up how to make it because it looked so delicious. Your video came up and u must say you made it look sooo simple! Thank you because I am definitely making this lol even though the temp is in the 90s. New sub!

Don’t throw out the tallow! When I make my bone broths to can up, I save all the fat and use it as lotion! It makes your skin feel absolutely amazing. I live in the high desert and it makes my skin crazy soft and smooth.

It took so many hours to cook the soup, did you always keep them in a very low temp. in order to simmer the bones? Yes, it is delicious! However, it needs a lot of time to make this excellent and comforting soup. Thank you for demoing the how-to method. 🤗 Our local (USA) Korean restaurant told m´ that they cook the broth for 7 hours, no wonder so tasty!😍

Didn't washing away the scum off the bones depart some important flavours of the soup? Like you drained away the water? Please guide, I'm a learner.

hi there! washing away the dark scum will actually improve the clarity and taste. The dark scum is essentially the blood.
