Haha don’t worry, there was literally zero in there to start. For me a soup needs to be seasoned to the point where you’re unsure if it’s too much or not! Then it’s delicious haha
I am always about adding too much salt to my food , especially in a big batch. Others like my wife and kids complain being to salty or spicy and I end up having to eat it myself. So the restaurant was wise to leave it bland and let their customers add it themselves. Very smart move 👍@@hungrytoexplore

you are right. For me, food is not about cost, it is about value. even if it seems expensive, if the value is good I am happy. I did not worry about the price of this meal. It was delicious

미성옥이 명동에 있는데도 일본인 제외하고 외국인이 거의 없는 이유는 외국인들은 설렁탕을 안 좋아해예요. ㅋ 그 근처에 서울불고기 식당만 가도 외국인이 좀 있어요.
