As we remember on first episodes in the anime, Gojo mentioned the promising sorceres to surpassed him, it is Yuta, Hakari and Yuji. Those three will finished those enemy in the current manga. It is foreshadowed in the beginning.
Yuta's domain is straight up Unlimited Blade Works lol. Which is kind of funny because they're similiar in the fact that they both store things they've copied in their domain/reality marble.
If I'm not misreading the chapter, it seems that the hollow wicker basket is forced on his opponent, like the domains of the old era like the Sumo guy's domain. So basically, if he fought anybody that isn't Sukuna, they lose their hands and mouth as they are forced into chanting that technique, and then the "challenge" for Yuta, is to I guess prove his "true love" by reaching them by breaking the basket... and like you said, the swords are there for him to use specifically to try and break the basket and reach his opponent. Sukuna can react because he has extra arms and mouth, so he could potentially expand his own domain if he recovers his CE... but just imagine anybody else that isn't Gojo or Sukuna? They will be stuck in one place, their hands stuck so they can't expand their domain to counter Yuta's and they can't risk chanting their domain because it would deactivate the basket causing Yuta to kill them swiftly. But like I said, the dialog is a bit unclear so it could just be that Sukuna activated the wicker basket himself and it wasn't forced like Higuruma or the Sumo guy's domain, but it's still pretty broken considering the swords have different copied CT stored in them and he would normally have Rika instead of Yuji...

Two things I learn from this chapter. 1- the reason yuta ended up being the choice to kill kenjaku by surprise despite the fact Maki was originally the first choice with her special ability to kill people by surprise because of her undetectability, is because when kenjaku dies he let go of thousands of curse threatening the life of all the civilians in Japan, and so rika and yuta are the best choice to deal with all those curse before they threatens to kill innocent civilians. 2- yuta 's domain looks like some of the abillies in bleach, simple but very cool and affectif, also I like how yuta can keep up with sukuna' s speed, it shows how much more powerful all the students got from the mounth of training. And if I had to add a point it would be about yuji, his ability is incredible.
Him keeping up with sukuna is absolute madness and powercliffing gojo, but seeing as how sukuna just caught his sword , he's not really going all out or is yuta c keeping up'
If he uses his slashes to block Yuta's blade in his plan then the Battle IQ feats are crazy. Also, Kenjaku's death was kinda badly written imo and when Sukuna can use his domain again, I think Yuji will have his time to shine.

@@SumRandomGuy1 I disagree with his death being good. He could've been an Aizen like figure in JJK, and yet he was killed in one or two hits from a sneak attack and didn't nearly get enough screentime to do so.
It still bothers me alot that his end was so anticlimactic, but don't expect the one who caught him off guard because he had fat chances at a fair fight to be little more than a minor inconvenience for Sukuna who is leaguers apon leagues beyond him.

Yuji's soul related ability is likely from the death paintings, if i remember correctly, one of their name describe the state of death where the body is consumed by animals, so he could be attempting to eat sukuna's soul and if that's not it, it might the youngest death painting where the name describes the soul of the deceased passing onto the after life so it could be that the cursed technique is emptying a person's body by removing the soul through the draining of the target's blood since the death paintings have blood related abilities, being of Kamo blood afterall. if he's using both cursed technique in tandem along side the arms then that'd be cool shit

What if when Sukuna left megumi's body (due to yuji's punch) he begin to merge himself with tengen as his new vessel.. Don't know how that works but just speculation.
The merger shouldn't have a physical body, just a spirit one, since Sukuna doesn't possess cursed bodies I'm guessing he will end up creating a finger bearer, a strong one but just a finger bearer.
There are too many risks like this one to do the plan they said on panel so i think it's gonna switch. Yuji like to mix alot, when he fights he mixes it up from one thing to another or he would save something for later bc it hasn't been used yet or in a long time. You believe soul punches is what he's going to use right after this panel? I mean it's stated I don't blame you if you do but i believe Yuji is switching bodies with Sukuna to talk to Megumi to catch him offguard. He knows Sukuna noticed those punches he only did it once to see if his soul training works on him. Now, that yuji knows it does, the next opening he gets he's going to swap bodies with Sukuna im calling it. Not only is this safer for Megumi but he can actually get in contact with him rather than tear Sukuna off of him risking megumi's soul. I just think Sukuna's speculation about the plan should be taken with a grain of salt, he's been the focus the past few weeks so we've been use to taking his word as verbatim but i think now we should start questioning Sukuna's speculation. The sword hold without touching the sword makes sense just like how during the fight against mahoraga , sukuna could send the cars thrown by mahoraga back using multiple weak slashes

Prediction: Megumi’s body creates an opening for Yuji. That happened with Geto’s body when Gojo called to him as Gojo was getting sealed. This happens again when Toji’s body takes over that CT user’s soul then Toji goes after the old lady who summoned his body

I would say that it's on par with Gojo's and Sukuna's or maybe even better, cause not only does it have a sure hit effect of his choice, but he can also use every CT that he has acquired, and on top of that, I am pretty sure he can use Rika inside his domain as well.

Sure hit effects of domain+Angel’s CT alone is horrifying and whenever you try to defend yourself with simple domain, Yuta will strike you with almost endless numbers of CT attacks. And he didn’t even use the full manifestation of Rika yet which means even if his domain collapse he’ll still have 5 minutes CT release without limitation alongside with extra CE that saved up with Rika. I’m pretty sure they’re not gonna defeat Sukuna inside that domain but, I’m very sure Yuta will manage to wear him down enough for Yuji and others to beat him.

If you go back to the beginning of yuji entering the fight. After sukuna blocks yujis punch at the beginning. I believe its the only hit he gets touched by and then begins to avoid all others.
Why do I feel like Yuji is gonna eat Sukuna's finger, swap him out of megumi's body, and fight him inside? Since Yuji has to die for Sukuna to die, maybe he'll ask all sorcerers to then kill him. Since Gege said it's either Yuji who dies or everyone else, I think it makes sense.
Omg this was an AMAZING CHAPTER!! Holy shit Yuta's Domain Expansion is BROKEN omfg... I thought Unlimited Void was nuts. But Yuta's is CRAZY!! ALSO I WILL SAY, that we HAVE NOT SEEN RIKA IN YUTA'S DOMAIN!!! Kashimo is more smoke than Snoop Dogg will ever inhale , if we compare him with Yuuta, because I see a lot of people comparing them. You present a character wich is stated to be the most powerful sorcerer of his era, with his only goal beeing to face and beat Sukuna as his major motivation to keep fighting (in the current era). He goes all out with his CT, not even scrathing Sukuna and when people say that he dodged Dismantle, yeah sure, Sukuna told him to dodge it xd. No display of Domain Expansion, not even a decent showcase of this overpowered CT that will kill Kashimo once its finished in that weird state. Meanwhile Yuta, clashing with Sukuna and applying damage to him trough his Domain Expansion. Its not a matter of Yuuta>>>Kashimo tho (even if with this feats Yuta did more against Sukuna) but what is Gege even smoking when writing this chapters. It just make no sense at all in terms of power scaling or character development.
Sukuna wasn't holding back for Kashimo, but sukuna is really holding back against the crew for fun, look his fight with higuruma, he was even waiting for him to do RCT, he wanted to see their maximum potential against them.

I am the jujutsu of my kaisen, Rika is my wife and Maki is my lover, I have copied over a thousand CTs, Unknown to Ls, Nor known to farmers, I have withstood countless fraud allegations, and yet, I am the GOAT, So as I pray TRUE AND MUTUAL LOVE
My dude, techniques like Simple Domain, Falling Blossom Emotion, and Hollow Wicker Basket have been used successfully numerous times including by Kusakabe to save Higuruma and himself a few chapters ago, by Gojo in his fight against Sukuna (he literally would have died in Sukuna's domain without it) and have been on standby throughout the series. It is one of my favorite things that Gege does. Of course the better sorcerers have a go-to that they know works that they will use, and of course there are better techniques and techniques to counter them. Hollow Wicker Basket was specifically said to be used to counter instant kill techniques and the fact of the matter is that few who knew it actually had the opportunity to use it against such techniques. Reggie used it against Megumi whose shadow garden uses what are basically clones, Kashimo was going to use it against Hakari but he didn't have an instant kill technique, and Sukuna is using it here to block what he says (with current translations) is likely Angel's CT. They work, they just aren't the end all be all.

I have to say, Yuta didnt do much impressive stuff this chapter. Drawing a bit if blood is cute, but not something to brag about. And Sukuna was easily reacting to him and keeping track of him this chapter. And it doesn't help that Sukuna seemed like he wasn't even trying to attack/fight back this chapter. Compare his performance here to how aggressive and lethal he was two chapters ago against Yuji and Higuruma, or even against Gojo or Jogo, and it's clear Yuta went up against an uncharacteristically merciful Sukuna. Hopefully the next chapters show Sukuna putting more effort and Yuta pushing his shit in. Otherwise, Yuta might end up as another Kashimo.

Yuta's domain is straight up Unlimited Blade Works lol. Which is kind of funny because they're similiar in the fact that they both store things they've copied in their domain/reality marble.
Also both have hero complex that likes saving other people.
And each katana he collects is others cursed technique just like emiya accumulated all the sword in his UBW
If I'm not misreading the chapter, it seems that the hollow wicker basket is forced on his opponent, like the domains of the old era like the Sumo guy's domain.
So basically, if he fought anybody that isn't Sukuna, they lose their hands and mouth as they are forced into chanting that technique, and then the "challenge" for Yuta, is to I guess prove his "true love" by reaching them by breaking the basket... and like you said, the swords are there for him to use specifically to try and break the basket and reach his opponent.
Sukuna can react because he has extra arms and mouth, so he could potentially expand his own domain if he recovers his CE... but just imagine anybody else that isn't Gojo or Sukuna? They will be stuck in one place, their hands stuck so they can't expand their domain to counter Yuta's and they can't risk chanting their domain because it would deactivate the basket causing Yuta to kill them swiftly.
But like I said, the dialog is a bit unclear so it could just be that Sukuna activated the wicker basket himself and it wasn't forced like Higuruma or the Sumo guy's domain, but it's still pretty broken considering the swords have different copied CT stored in them and he would normally have Rika instead of Yuji...

Two things I learn from this chapter.
1- the reason yuta ended up being the choice to kill kenjaku by surprise despite the fact Maki was originally the first choice with her special ability to kill people by surprise because of her undetectability, is because when kenjaku dies he let go of thousands of curse threatening the life of all the civilians in Japan, and so rika and yuta are the best choice to deal with all those curse before they threatens to kill innocent civilians.
2- yuta 's domain looks like some of the abillies in bleach, simple but very cool and affectif, also I like how yuta can keep up with sukuna' s speed, it shows how much more powerful all the students got from the mounth of training.
And if I had to add a point it would be about yuji, his ability is incredible.
Him keeping up with sukuna is absolute madness and powercliffing gojo, but seeing as how sukuna just caught his sword , he's not really going all out or is yuta c keeping up'
His domain is more like Shirou’s reality marble from Fate Stay/Night
If he uses his slashes to block Yuta's blade in his plan then the Battle IQ feats are crazy.
Also, Kenjaku's death was kinda badly written imo
and when Sukuna can use his domain again, I think Yuji will have his time to shine.

There are too many risks like this one to do the plan they said on panel so i think it's gonna switch. Yuji like to mix alot, when he fights he mixes it up from one thing to another or he would save something for later bc it hasn't been used yet or in a long time. He knows Sukuna noticed those punches he only did it once to see if his soul training works on him. Sure hit effects of domain+Angel’s CT alone is horrifying and whenever you try to defend yourself with simple domain, Yuta will strike you with almost endless numbers of CT attacks. And he didn’t even use the full manifestation of Rika yet which means even if his domain collapse he’ll still have 5 minutes CT release without limitation alongside with extra CE that saved up with Rika.
I’m pretty sure they’re not gonna defeat Sukuna inside that domain but, I’m very sure Yuta will manage to wear him down enough for Yuji and others to beat him.

Kashimo is more smoke than Snoop Dogg will ever inhale , if we compare him with Yuuta, because I see a lot of people comparing them. You present a character wich is stated to be the most powerful sorcerer of his era, with his only goal beeing to face and beat Sukuna as his major motivation to keep fighting (in the current era). He goes all out with his CT, not even scrathing Sukuna and when people say that he dodged Dismantle, yeah sure, Sukuna told him to dodge it xd. No display of Domain Expansion, not even a decent showcase of this overpowered CT that will kill Kashimo once its finished in that weird state. Meanwhile Yuta, clashing with Sukuna and applying damage to him trough his Domain Expansion. Its not a matter of Yuuta>>>Kashimo tho (even if with this feats Yuta did more against Sukuna) but what is Gege even smoking when writing this chapters. It just make no sense at all in terms of power scaling or character development.
Sukuna wasn't holding back for Kashimo, but sukuna is really holding back against the crew for fun, look his fight with higuruma, he was even waiting for him to do RCT, he wanted to see their maximum potential against them.

Idk about that. Gojo has more exp as a sorcerer and has the 6 eyes which helps him greatly and we know that the more refined domain always wins so I don’t think yuta will win a domain battle with gojo

Sukuna can't sense Maki, but he can sense her sword. She needs a way to hide her sword's CE, or get Sukuna distracted to not notice her approaching.

I mean I’m just spitballing. But is it possible that with all of Yuta’s swords inside his domain that they’d also have CE. So maybe there’s a chance Maki’s swords CE could be overlooked by Sukuna due to blending in with all of Yuta’s lying around? Like it’d just seem like another one of Yuta’s and he wouldn’t think anything of it.
@@Cliffy1616 that is possible. Sukuna is susceptible to tunnel vision, like when he transferred to Megumi, he was focused on Yuji that he didn't sense Maki with her sword get close, or when he was focused so on Gojo that he didn't sense Red making a u-turn and hitting him on the back.

My dude, techniques like Simple Domain, Falling Blossom Emotion, and Hollow Wicker Basket have been used successfully numerous times including by Kusakabe to save Higuruma and himself a few chapters ago, by Gojo in his fight against Sukuna (he literally would have died in Sukuna's domain without it) and have been on standby throughout the series. It is one of my favorite things that Gege does. Of course the better sorcerers have a go-to that they know works that they will use, and of course there are better techniques and techniques to counter them. Hollow Wicker Basket was specifically said to be used to counter instant kill techniques and the fact of the matter is that few who knew it actually had the opportunity to use it against such techniques. Reggie used it against Megumi whose shadow garden uses what are basically clones, Kashimo was going to use it against Hakari but he didn't have an instant kill technique, and Sukuna is using it here to block what he says (with current translations) is likely Angel's CT. They work, they just aren't the end all be all.

I have to say, Yuta didnt do much impressive stuff this chapter. Drawing a bit if blood is cute, but not something to brag about. And Sukuna was easily reacting to him and keeping track of him this chapter. And it doesn't help that Sukuna seemed like he wasn't even trying to attack/fight back this chapter. Compare his performance here to how aggressive and lethal he was two chapters ago against Yuji and Higuruma, or even against Gojo or Jogo, and it's clear Yuta went up against an uncharacteristically merciful Sukuna.
Hopefully the next chapters show Sukuna putting more effort and Yuta pushing his shit in. Otherwise, Yuta might end up as another Kashimo.
