    Very smart and perfect for a picnic too (the dressier type such as at Glyndebourne!) The best thing is that it is healthy.

      @Mike Nunyabizness Thank you so much for the suggestions! I make salsa and sauces a lot and experiment with them but never tried the African peanut and coconut one, I'm excited to try it. I will try to make some of the things you mentioned as well. She'll be delighted! Thanks a lot!

    This reminds me of my version of eggplant mussaka but with a french touch :)
    I dont add fennel or mushroom , we usually make it in egypt with minsed beef .

    Using an electric grill or BBQ is just a shame indeed! If I want just plain grilled stuff without charcoal, I can just chuck it into a pan. So glad you also think of it this way:)

    La France a perdu gros, mais les USA eux, s'en frottent les mains.;) /Love what you do Bruno A., you're so talented, your recipes are both stunning and delicious for sure. I speak english fluently but it's not every frog's case, so it would be nice to put french subtitles to get even more fans from here (unless you want to avoid them lol), you're such a top chef, I'm sure they'd be delighted to know you.
