Using an electric grill or BBQ is just a shame indeed! If I want just plain grilled stuff without charcoal, I can just chuck it into a pan. So glad you also think of it this way:)

La France a perdu gros, mais les USA eux, s'en frottent les mains.;) /Love what you do Bruno A., you're so talented, your recipes are both stunning and delicious for sure. I speak english fluently but it's not every frog's case, so it would be nice to put french subtitles to get even more fans from here (unless you want to avoid them lol), you're such a top chef, I'm sure they'd be delighted to know you.
