I can’t imagine you guys have seen Michael Jordan play, except for highlights like this. Mike was a killer. He was all defensive first team 9 times. He could guard anyone on the court. He never publicly begged for acceptance for being the greatest basketball player of all time like Lebron. Michael has more rings, more 50 point games. As a Knicks fan he broke my heart, but as a fan he is the greatest.

Remember back then when the season ended it ended. MJ was playing Golf everywhere .
Imagine his SKILL in today's game?
      His driving to the Hoop!
He definitely would have his "TEAM" playing Defense. Two different games. LeBron is 6'8 pushing 300 (and hate to say it but probably on sumthin' - now-
Watch LBJ from 2022 (2019 even, the not traveling in Pandemic is why they won). But LBJ post pandemic Couldn't play D, couldn't shoot well and HURT A LOT!
Now.... Hardly ever hurt minutes thru the roof running up and down court like nothing and going Bald Faster than a MF. Good thing NBA doesn't test. MJ looked the same his entire career. when he slowed down is when he said I'm REALLY DONE. didn't slow down then speed up again.😮

Guys I beg you, from a statistical standpoint, MJ destroys almost everyone except maybe Kareem, What Jordan did in his shortened career is unbelievable. Jordan also had this thing called GRACE and FINESSE that maybe only Kobe came close to.1 on 1, Jordan would absolutely defeat Lebron. I'd take speed and being a technician over Lebron any day. If you really want a 1v1 battle to settle this score, you pick Giannis. There is no one in the league right now that could beat Giannis 1on1. So it's not even about that. But trust me if you watched the incredible drive, passion and determination of Jordan in playoffs especially, it can barely be matched.

One of the most amazing things of MJ is that we haven’t seen any other player until this day that can do some of the things he did. For example, in football (soccer how some lame people call it), you can see over the time how some players add to their skills some plays, dribblings, feints, etc. from other players of the past and some of them even improve them. In Jordan’s case, I haven’t seen other player do the things he did or at least do them like him. He really is one of a kind.

Point is basketball isnt a tough guy sport. A little contact was a foul in the 60, 70, 80, 90, 00 and today. Any violence is a suspension in any era. Why you talking as if the rules were different in the 90's. In fact that era avg much more free throws then now..The refs called everything. Especially on MJ. The few series he had it tough he literally went to commissioner to change the rules. They avg alot of fouls cause players were slow footed , unathletic and piss poor defenders so they had to foul cause perimeter defending was non existant. MJ was and still is the best to ever play. I'm not even into basketball and I used to love watching him play. To me that is what makes him the best. I knew other people who were the same as me. You are the best when you can get people who don't even like the sport you are playing to tune in just to see YOU play it. Plus he was just a good guy. Never had all the crazy drama like so many of today's athletes

Growing up watching Jordan, there's more to him then how skilled he was that makes him the best. It's the way he drew people into the game. He had fans of opposing teams admire & respect him. Everyone wanted to be like Mike. Don't hear anyone saying they wanna be like LeBron. He pulled the whole world into the game, something LeBron will never be able to do.

they dont understand how it was, there was no discussion back then about who was the greatest, we all knew. Do you remember pretending to be different players, but when you were Jordan with the ball, you were the best, you could do anything, and were better than everyone, no rival.

    1. He would jump and you would think he was at the top of his vertical, but would then go a bit higher.
