So I say this and not just bc I’m from Philly, but I put iverson on my top 10 bc he was pound for pound the best. Also, mcgrady bc he doesn’t get the credit he deserves. But I def agree with Duncan being great. I got Jordan, James, Kobe, iverson, t mack (mcgrady) Duncan, Kareem, magic, bird, Scottie. The game has changed alot tho. MJ Kobe Magic Bird - these guys wanted to steal your lunch and make you cry in front of your family, they were out to destroy you at any cost. They had a killer instinct that so few modern players have. If you watch them play it's always there no matter who they were playing, they're leaving it all on the court every night - you DO NOT see that in modern basketball. The new players come into the league as youtube stars surrounded by people telling them they're GOATS while still in high school - they don't see themselves as underdogs like players of the past did who were coming into the league to prove themselves to the world by knocking off the greats who came before them. While this new generation is more skilled at a younger age, they don't have that same mentality the 80s 90s even early 00s players had.
I'm lakers nation all the way, but Magic had a STACKED ass team. Worthy, Kareem, Cooper, Scott, Rambis, Stormin' Norman, Mychal Thompson (Klay's dad), etc. It was true team ball back then. Everyone played their role to a T.
When it mattered most...Most game-winners in the last minute of the game of All-Time: #1) Kobe = 26 #2) Jordan = 25 #3) LeBron = 20 #3) Bird = 19 #5) Dirk = 18
Kobe won his first championship at the tender age of 21 years old. Magic won his first championship in his rookie season at 20 years old, but he didn't enter the league straight out of high school. The coaches really held Kobe back for the first 2 seasons of his career. By mid 1997, Kobe was already an All-star caliber player. By 2000, he was a champion, which would have been his first or second season in the league if he had gone to college. Kobe had 5 championship rings by the time he was 32 years old. Let that sink in. He only had one MVP because of guys like Dirk Nowitzki, and Steve Nash's teams having slightly better records, both of whom were nowhere near Kobe's level. Also, in 2003 Kobe would have won the MVP, but Duncan's team had a slightly better season, and the Spurs were the 1 seed in the West, so he got the nod. Kobe easily could have had 3 or 4 MVP's, and 5 Finals MVP's, but he got picked over by lesser players on better teams, and he happened to play with Shaq in 3 of his championships. To put that in perspective, even if MJ played on those early 2000's Laker teams, Shaq would have still won all 3 Finals MVP's because the Lakers offense was geared towards Shaq, and there wasn't a big man in the Eastern Conference who could matchup with Shaq. In the playoffs, Kobe was the superior player over Shaq.
Kobe was 6’6”. In his rookie year, Magic started at center and played all five positions in game 7 of the finals and led the Lakers to the championship after Kareem injured his ankle in game 6 and couldn’t play.
Bro you guy’s have the worst takes on who’s better than who in Professional Basketball, I was only able to make it a 1/4 of the way through the vid, before my Brain literally started Hurting from the NonStop Spewing of absolute 🤮💩out of your guy’s mouths, especially the guy sitting in the center right of the screen & this is definitely one of your guy’s rare 𝐋 reactions for sure!!!!
There is absolutely no argument for LeBron over Jordan other than longevity but Jordan achieved more than LeBron in less time. The argument between Kobe and LeBron is way more reasonable.
YALL GOTTA DO A "JORDAN VS KOBE IDENTICAL PLAYS PART 1 AND 2" When u watch it the shit is almost eerie. It's like everytime kobe stepped onto the court he had a jordan play he was trying to knock off his bucket list.
Craziness! Kobe was in a class by himself. No one can tell me that they've ever seen Lebron or even Magic as good as he was be that athletic or have that kind of talent. Walking an opponent down the full court and slapping the ball against the backboard, shooting crazy shots from behind the backboard, taking off and dunking on dominate defensive and aggressive players like KG, making shots like MJ..... Lebron can barely make free throws. His numbers reflect longevity that's it! He was blessed not to sustain any major career slowing or ending injuries like many elite players had. That and not having retired like MJ. Lebron has always sought out competitors for help while players like MJ & Kobe challenged all opponents and was the help. Note Kobe's 81 points against the Raptors. There are no games that Lebron, Magic, and definitely not Duncan won by himself. Duncan was just a more skilled Shaq who was able to use his physical attributes to his advantage. Kobe tore guys like that apart. He wasn't afraid of nothing! Black Mamba R.I.P.
Kobe should've won mvp in '06. The voters held it against him that the Lakers were only the 7th seed but 2 of his starting teammates was Kwame Brown and Smush Parker. For him to even get that team into the playoffs at all was a mission that no one else in the league at that time could've pulled off. He averaged 31ppg 6 assists and 5 rebounds on 46% shooting. Steve Nash won the mvp averaging like 18 and 12, only cause they were the 2nd seed. The voters should've considered the team Kobe was working with.
The GREATEST athlete ever was JIM BROWN , fullback played 9 years with 8 rushing titles. 13,000 yards when they only played 14 games a season. Truly a Man among boys

@@FreedomFighter2112 Good stat but Kobe and Lebron played in 300+ more games than MJ.
God I remember watching so many of these games
Cuban giving Kobe his dues was awesome
Y’all are forgetting Tim Duncan and Magic Johnson had more help throughout their careers than Kobe
@Extinguish Idiot's
1. I said throughout their career
2. Kobe went to 3 straight finals post Shaq and won 2/3
Each man has his own gift 🎁...They are all great...I love basketball
I played for 14 years and since I’m only 30 I was lucky enough to watch some of my top 10 play in real time or able to watch tapes. So it’s hard to compare the 90s to players now.

Larry Bird had three MVPs in a row
Real fans and players put Kobe above all of those others
Agreed
I'm lakers nation all the way, but Magic had a STACKED ass team. Worthy, Kareem, Cooper, Scott, Rambis, Stormin' Norman, Mychal Thompson (Klay's dad), etc. It was true team ball back then. Everyone played their role to a T.
Put on making the case for Wilt Chamberlain. You’re about to learn a lot about the greatest athlete in the modern era. Including track and field.
60s players always get overlooked because of how long ago it was. Baylor, Russell, West, Big O and so many more.

Yeah Wilt was the greatest Center of All-Time
Kobe vs Spurs when Shaq was out in playoffs best series ever
Do kobe bryant ultimate career mixtape
Just realised when they reacting to Jordan top 50 highlights there was no Mutombo poster
Y’all need to react to Shawn Kemps Top plays!! The Reign Man was a force to be reckoned with!
hell yeah i second this!!!!
They should react to the 90s Sonics. A severely underrated team. The Glove was a lockdown defender!
@@whosaidthat84 100% facts! Gary Payton is my all time favorite basketball player! Kemp and Payton were iconic!
One of the best duo’s in NBA history!
Yall should react to Kobe & MJ defensive highlights. Them boys were just as nasty on that end of the floor too
Ya'll argue so much that we can't hear.
Larry Bird ultimate mixtape. Please watch.
He crazy! Kobe 100%
The sheer amount of ADD in this reaction lol
That was my initial thought as someone with crazy adhd even I was like aight come on now r y’all gonna focus on the video or what
Bro pop up out the cut "what u guys watching" 🤣🤣
REACT TO KOBE BRYANT ULTIMATE CAREER MIXTAPE ITS A MUCH BETTER VIDEO
Now y’all gotta react to the side by side video of MJ n Kobe, watch how much kobe studied MJ moves!
Boy you smoking putting LeBron over kobe lol
Kobe was 6’6”.
In his rookie year, Magic started at center and played all five positions in game 7 of the finals and led the Lakers to the championship after Kareem injured his ankle in game 6 and couldn’t play.
The Tim Duncan take isn’t crazy
Different players with different skill sets. They oversimplified the debate. It's like comparing Joe Montana to Barry Sanders.
How can this not make you a believer
Bro you guy’s have the worst takes on who’s better than who in Professional Basketball, I was only able to make it a 1/4 of the way through the vid, before my Brain literally started Hurting from the NonStop Spewing of absolute 🤮💩out of your guy’s mouths, especially the guy sitting in the center right of the screen & this is definitely one of your guy’s rare 𝐋 reactions for sure!!!!
Yea u can tell they didn’t watch basketball that often growing up haha. Just highlights here and there.
Kobes the Goat period noone wanted to play against him he was the most feared. those werent even the best kobe plays is whats crazy.
Kobe and MJ same level mate
MJ, Bird, Kobe, magic.
MJ Kobe Bird Magic.
kobe had one nba MVP but he also has two finals MVPs
Nah Kobe the best ever to me I stand on that 😂🔥🔥🔥💯
Kobe should've won mvp in '06.
Magic played in the 80s & 90s. He won the NCAA championship in 1979 against Larry Bird
MJ & Kobe 🐐
Rip Kobe it still hurts
Kobe is the most skilled player ever
The GREATEST athlete ever was JIM BROWN , fullback played 9 years with 8 rushing titles. 13,000 yards when they only played 14 games a season. Truly a Man among boys
Should definitely check out Kobe’s 81 point game with the score counter and pay attention to the time on the clock as he scores.
