The cheaper rout is getting the godox sa-17 and sa-p, will do basically the same thing but in the more budget way (also all the accessories are cheaper) but of course the build quality is not as premium as this one.

Main difference is this one is a spotlight projector while the other is an optical snoot

I think you haven't figured out how to use it correctly. It's a game changer if used right.
