Kapoon (Khaub Poob, Khao Poon)

In this video, I will be making a delicious curry noodle soup called Kapoon (Khaub Poon/Khao Poon). This is one of my favorite noodle soup recipes. The broth is very rich, comforting, and perfect for a chilly day. Try this recipe and let me know how you like it. Thanks for watching!
Servings: 4-5 adult
Recipes:
Chicken stock:
12 cups of water
3 lemon grass stalk
2 tbs chicken bullion
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp salt
2-3 tbs sugar (depends on how sweet you like it)
Curry Mixture:
6 garlic cloves minced
3 cans of the Maesri Thai Curry Noodle Sauce
1/4 cup of red curry paste
1 can of coconut cream
1 can of coconut milk
Toppings and Ingredients:
Tender bamboos
Quail eggs
Shredded cabbage
Cilantro
Mint
Chili oil
Vermicelli Noodles (I prefer the Fine noodles)
2 chicken leg quarters
