Thanks brother. I was tickled for Scott he got him a Civil War button. He’s a great detectorist and is so good with his Deus II. We sure do appreciate you taking the time to watch!
You’re so right. Every single one gives me that same feeling as the first. If it ever changes I’ll probably give up relic hunting but I don’t see that ever happening. It made it special I was there with my buds. Thanks so much for watching!
Thanks man! We are trying some new things and just this week purchased a GoPro for myself to give some different views as well. Thanks for that feedback and watching!
Holy cow! Digging in the soup! Man you guys definitely earn those relics time and time again! I would never get tired of digging civil war bullets either if we had em up here! I’m with you on giving up when the hole swallows your shovel! 😂🤣 Wow look at those finds cases filled up! You guys killed it!!! Awesome video! Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work!
Thanks buddy! At this point we just expect the muck and revel in it! Haha- it’ll be drying out up there soon. Honestly the muck helps with those deep targets so I ain’t complaining. We sure do appreciate you watching! New hunt will be out before you know it!
Just laughing with you guys not at you! I was fortunate to do a Carolina hunt in the Pines just like your hunt. It was amazing how deep the bullets were in the muck. I ended up with 26 bullets in a "hunted out site"!@@TobaccoRoadRelics
Another awesome video and hunt y’all pretty much tore it up in lead and bullets bet there’s allot more still in the ground hunted out never!! Congrats on the finds!!
Chris, You guys need to change your name again. Mud Busters Marsh Walkers Sloppy Seconds Those were some messy holes! Great haul though guys. Your efforts were well worth it. I know of a Union camp along a marsh. Now you’ve got me thinking??????? Thanks for the great video. Looking forward to getting my Manticore this week after seeing the depth that you guys were finding relics. Congrats. -Doug-
Thanks Doug! Yeah man it’s turned into a running joke between us that if it’s not swampy and standing water then we ain’t hunting. It’s just crazy. On a good note the mud is supposed to be good for the skin! Thanks for the name suggestions! They’re hysterical. Thanks for watching buddy
Man I wish I knew why some of those bullets eroded like that. We’ve dug a ton of pine forests where they didn’t come out like that. I suspected it had to do with the moisture in the soil but Travis correctly reminded me that we’ve dug a lot of bullets out of the water that looked just fine. I suspect it had to do something with the mineralization of the location we were digging in but some of those bullets definitely were in rough shape and eroded. Who knows?
@TobaccoRoadRelics I've been to Virginia a few times on paid Hunts, and most bullets were encased in that hard pocket of dirt. We don't get that in Tennessee.
That was a great day! Nice relics guys, congrats!
Thanks so much for watching Joe!

Would the acidity of the pine needles eat that lead up?
