Good to see Glen Licht House featuring. I first visited there September 1972 when we started the small addition at the east end. Eventually it was finished in the late 70s. It looks a lot better with the new roof. Many a happy hour was spent dangling from a rope tied between the chimneys, trying to replace slates. EUMC New Year meets were held in the Bothy and the New Year day penance was a straight up ascent of Being Fhada - Ben Attow. I remember being a part of a lead group that kicked a snow staircase up the entire face, and looking back down to see most of EUMC following. I had hoped to visit Glen Licht House this September to mark my half century anniversary, but my knees would not allow me to there and back. Happy days.
