- We arrive at Morvich Caravan and Motorhome Club Site, near Kyle of Lochalsh, driving from North Uist, onto the ferry at Lochmaddy, back to Uig io The Isle of Skye, and onto Morvich.
We paid £42 for 2 nights at Movich C&CC. The mobile signal on EE is 4G with one bar, but there is a good vodafone 4G signal.

Yes it was a glorious day!
Morvich is a stunning site with some lovely walks, both lowland or if you are fit enough plenty of serious hills within walking distance of the site.
At the southern entrance to the site there is small shop were you can buy some local produce. they also sell wine if you have ran out.
There are plenty of red deer all around, and they can be remarkably tame.
One of my favourite sites. We paid £18.50 for one night.
You have the some of the cutest dogs! Loved following along on your journey.

Hi Bob. I think I can beat you on the window. Failure , we were staying at Portland sailing academy a few years ago , when a helicopter landed no more than 20 metres away from the motorhome and blew the complete dining window out

At 8.07 what road is that?is it the a87 if so how far into Skye where you?
That's the A87 past Sligachan, about half way up, one of the best scenic drives on Skye.

And weee are offff !!!!!! Very excitingggg !!!!!! Say - where you able to see millions of STARS in the night sky ????? While there ??? ......... Haaaa - three cars is traffic ??? that's funny : o ..... Yeah - very calm - nice : ) ........ Yeah - very ironic : ) is that the repair person that will fix the window ??? ........ Arriving safe and soundly - all is well - just OUTSTANDING !!! ..... : o ........ Till we are on the move again - some R & R : ) ........ Peace on Earth : ) .........
It doesn't get dark until after 11pm, so we were in bed by then! No unfortunately the Window repair van man on the ferry was on holiday, or as someone suggested perhaps he could have done the window. 😁
