Thanks for sharing! Betta fish are indeed fascinating creatures, and their vibrant colors and graceful movements make them a favorite for many. When it comes to tankmates for bettas, it's important to choose companions that are peaceful and won't nip at their fins. Some suitable tankmates include small schooling fish like neon tetras, ghost shrimp, or snails. Just be sure to monitor their interactions and provide plenty of hiding spots to reduce stress.

I’m so thankful that you’re like one of the few who don’t list neon tetras as a beginner fish. I was told so much that neon tetras were a beginner fish and lost 15 out of 17 neon tetras during my beginning journey. Now, I now know they require a certain prematures and are easily to be stressed out.
I would also add ember tetras. All of my ember tetras (I have 7) expect one have survived and are striving amazingly.

Black neons are a much better choice than regular neons. Agree with embers

I HAD 10 Neon tetras in my new-ish 10 gallon tank, I’m down to two due to Neon Tetras Disease, I expect to lose the other two also as it’s highly contagious. 😭
I’ll be breaking down the tank, disinfecting it to get rid of the parasite that causes the disease and putting the tank away for a few months, will start up a guppy tank with it later. Neons are my favorite fish but never again!! My bettas and guppies are more sturdy….

These tropical fish are looking great for many people to see. Betta fish has been a very popular species with its stunning bright color. Aquarium size and temperature are the most crucial things we need to think about before owning one. Thank you so much for doing this video.

Keeping fishes is also my hobby but I tried many times to keep fishes at home but the fishes did not survive because I did not know the right way how to keep fishes and how much tank is needed and what percentage. I need water and I watched many videos but no one helped me. Your videos helped me a lot.❤❤

Ok, I got your point but my question is can we put neon tetra and black neon tetra together? Will they interbreed or they look too closely similar to distinguish ? Any kind of plecos are poop machines . And goldfish I think most beginners buy 🫢🤭 for the first time , they're dirt cheap and looks great

Love all these fish!! 🤍 Kribensis is my favorite Cichlid, I honestly prefer keeping one Kribensis with a few tankmates of other species in a 20 gallon or more!! 🤎
