a great JJ Cale song, one of my favorite.
A great lesson for sing-a-longs around the fire pit with brewskies. Lynyrd Skynyrd did justice to this song of the great JJ Cale. Perfect song for the wandering spirit. Durango is one of Cale’s masterpieces but it would be hard for Marty to do a lesson of😄

Skynyrd music was loud, agressive, and electric for a reason. 3 part guitar solist who battle off in just about every Skynyrd tune. Genius Allen Collins you can thank. Thank Steve Gains while your at it for all the technical major chords and Gary for all the slide guitar work. not one Skynyrd tune was meant for accustic playing..can you play Billy Powels piano parts on your accustic...nope.
You may have missed a few classic skynyrd tunes that were acoustic.
