Truth
Of course! Most everyone is corrupt nowadays that have influence and money and bribes are common
Worker dropped the ball
Why is this defence Attorney bullying everyone with his tone of voice as he Questions witnesses ? Many times objections has been echoed .
Yes, he’s a big arrogant bully imo
He's been rude to the judge too.
The jury will observe this and won't help their case at all.
I can't stand him.
@@stars_for_night_lights bc he already knows he will lose d case and his client would be going to jail where he will meet his s Waterloo from other prisoners already serving life or on death penalty ( jungle justice in d prison)
Because hes inept! Hes unprepared document wise, etc etc.
That man is a monster.
The defense attorney is failing to make his client look innocent and succeeding in making the police officer look grotesquely incompetent.
This incident wasn't the only one he got by with. She (the mom) made over 100 complaints and nobody did anything 😢💔
Did she have an attorney…? Money is power. It’s sad but true.
Why the heck did the police not intervene for this little boy?
Isn’t that their job to PROTECT and SERVE!
This is insane. Do something anything!
Why doesn't the prosecution ask about the welfare check and not questioning them separately?
Judge did not allow any testimony that would be inflammatory. Don't know what his reasoning is there.
Because it’s already been stated. No elaboration needed.
She made sure it was mentioned twice in different wording. So that will come more exposed during closing
@@TeresaRodriguez-Howard Highly doutful since the cops andthe case workers are not on trial here. It makes it irrelevant. The mom has a lawsuit pending against the police dept and the case workers, though
What is wrong with you people!! This poor wonderful child needed saving. You let him down man !!
Are these officers friends with the defendant’s dad?
In one way or another!
@@ecalose6785I feel the same way . The abusers dad is connected to law enforcement .he has a lot of power within his job..
@@melindanix7363 unfortunately, its likely true. You get assigned a welfare check and are told particulars and by the way the grandfather s in LE and the mother a known crack user. You hear crack and the value of the user, in this case the mother, is pretty much ignored.
@@ecalose6785correct, they consider each other friends and are thick as thieves
I think Roman has an interest 😉
An innocent life could’ve been saved, but people chose not to, after witnessing the red flags.
My heart breaks for this poor beautiful child. He deserved to live a long loving life
I CAN'T HOLD BACK TEARS FOR COREY MICCIOLO.
⚖️ for COREY MICCIOLO.
Terrible welfare check very unprofessional
At least this case will expose the corrupt child protective services
Bruises and Mild laceration and he still let Corey stay there. 😢
I hope mom sues the police department. It wouldn't surprise me if there was strings pulled.
So much time and money trying to defend the indefendible . The "lawyer" distills so much hypocrisy in his smile. It is an aberration.
They failed this little boy.
No child is going to betray an adult abuser in front of the abuser.
Defence lawyer is a jerk!
So an officer trainee saw nothing suspicious??!!! I'm so glad these young officers are being trained to see multiple bruises and injuries and not even think to separate the child from his alleged abuser.. sarcasm here. The courts, protection services, the father, grandparents, and now the police have all FAILED COREY 🤬🤬
Absolutely failed Welfare check, they didn't separate the child from the dad. Corey was scared of this guy and he wasn't going to say anything bad about him when he is right there in front of him. Terrible questioning from the defense.
He was in immediate danger and you left him in it. How did the child’s heart get busted, how did his liver get busted.the child died of multiple injuries done by his father.
Did this attorney and Chad Daybells go to the same attorney school???? Hmmm how do they sleep?
I know it's frustrating, but these defense attorneys are doing a their job. If they didn't do these things, it would make it easier to claim insufficient council when it's time to appeal. I know it's hard to hear, but it's essential.
Police were worthless in our case. Thankfully our child is safe now.
Glad to hear that.
@@gigi2k326the child is dead
They mean their own situation, not the trial itself. @@toriahmyworld
How much bruising would constitute a closer look??? Holy F
Terrible police officer!
What’s his name? We need to make sure he knows how we feel!!
This is who they have out? Doing a welfare check!!! He looks LOST ASF 😤
In front of his dad, corey knew better than to say anything negative about getting beat on a regular basis.
Why didn't the cop question Corey in private.
The dad probably threatened Corey, that if he told anyone, he would get a beat down.
That is what most abusers do.
Monster-dad is a former police officer so I’m guessing the two welfare officers gave Gregor a pass, they overlooked the obvious.
Complaint- Welfare check- child has signs of physical harm- walked away- child now dead. How in the world does he look at himself each day? He could have saved that little boy. Seriously shameful!
What I dont Get Is Why Didnt The Office Talk To Corey By Himself ...b/c with his dad he would be to scared to say anything breaks my heart so sad why did the police even come out if they were not going to talk to him alone.. poor corey... rest in peace little buddy..
Officer was scared of CG
These CPS people just take the job for the paycheck. They don’t care what’s going on with the kids. Do you think that kid could say anything in front of his dad who was beating the crap out of him .
Well allegedly, the first time the mom visit Corey after losing custody, Corey has cut on his lip. He said, his dad smack him because he curse. She file a report, investigated. The father said, he accidentally hit Corey while playing soccer. First case dismissed. I'm no longer surprise.
*Edit: correction, 2nd visit..I just saw a video
I would bet the abuser's dad had direct connections to intercept any charges ; then have the charges dismantled ; in fact, turn the charges around onto the mother.
yeah and Christophers police officer Dad backed his story up. OMG
Did you make a decision?? He sure did and now a child is dead.
The officers maybe should be trained to use common sense. If you going to do a welfare check involving a child and u see the amount of bruises poor corey had. That is something to be concerned and talking to the child away from the possible "abuser" is the best way to get the info. This infuriates me because the system is so messed up.
I would bet the abuser's dad had connections to law enforcement & stopped the investigation. Something is Off
All this adults failed this little boy in some point
But Dad is Guilty
