The second part of an ongoing series where I show you all how to take your terrain to the next level and show you it isnt as hard as you might think - Розваги
I don't make this sort of stuff or even play the thing it's for I just watch this because this guys voice is so soothing
Your flocking is A+ quality, I love the result you get. My only suggestion would be to get small amounts of foliage on the cliff face itself. Nature has a habit of filling every possible crevice, and some tiny patches of greenery would really bring that part even more to life.
Not all. And not everywhere. Plenty of examples where that is NOT the case :)
Luke taking time and agreeing that flock can make a typical scene so fantastic, thanks for sharing.
Cheers Atholl and yes that is what the A is for.
Dude! I just wanted to take the time to say your work is amazing! I am going to try and utilize your techniques that you demonstrate in your videos. I started collecting figures a few months ago and wanted to have some backgrounds for the setting and they run so expensive, then I said to myself I'm a painter...I'll just do it myself. Looking up how to videos on youtube I am happy I stumbled on your channel. You take your time in your videos to explain and show your steps, which I appreciate. Hope you're well and your channel continues to grow!
Awesome really got me thinking now that maybe I can do this. Thanks for this.
The sigh at the end 😂
Great video. I like watching model train videos for terrain ideas. I've upgraded my basing since.
Hiya Luke, brilliant & very inspirational. Please keep the tutorials coming! Kind Regards Johnny
Thanks for this series. Very educational
This is amazing Luke ~ Mark from the BA Facebook group.
Looks even more amazing now
Thank's Luke .
Hey Luke. I've got some polystyrene packing thingies from my rice maker. I was thinking, it would make a great Sci Fi bunker, if I sunk it into a hillside made from modelling compound. It's square, with a large circular hole, but with bits that stick up at the corners that could be gun emplacements.
I've got a question for you though - what can I use to coat the soft polystyrene, so it doesn't get knocked about, is tough but won't obscure any detail? Some kind of paint or plaster, maybe?
@@GeekGamingScenics thick acrylic, like indoor decorators emulsion? I wasn't sure if that would stick to polystyrene.
I do have tons of emulsion though, so I could give it a try - cheers!
thx realy helps
fair doose that looks great you get my 👍
All this talk of flocking and spraying white goo all over the place i need a cigarette.
