Love the channel! Thanks for the tips. Did you ever spar with or train alongside Joe Calzaghe at any point?
Please do some southpaw videos.
Where do we have to focus while fighting?
great combos!!
i feel like combo #2 is ackward for me.. throwing a 2 followed by 2 hooks.
is it poor practice to feint a jab before the 2...?
feels more fluid to feint the jab first..
Hey Tony have you heard of the Mighty Mouse UA-cam channel? He just released a video ripping off this video word for word and showed the exact same combinations with the same explanations you gave. It's titled, "4 combinations for a real fight". It's a shameless ripoff but you might get a laugh out of it.
Did the second combination on my brother this afternoon. He paid me back the money I was owed. All $20 of it. Thanks champ!! 👍🏾
Hahahahaaaa!
Lmfao 😂😂
Yes get ur money my brother owes me 600
Haha😂
@@samrosiak7464 oh man you need some more combinations for your brother😁
I like how he talks. Imagine him in daily life. "I'll take a COFFEE with TWO CREAM and it'll look like this, ONE TWO.
I guess I'm doing it right then!!
Hahaha man that's hilarious
Lmfao!🤣🤣🤣
That's hilarious 😂😆
Your comment almost made me laugh
But yeah I love this dude already, first vid I’ve seen by him
Perfect form. The simple combos are the most effective. Especially after you've perfected them.
Exactly a guy from my gym was like is that it when we were sparring and i only used 3 combos and i was like oh no but the basics kill...
Keep working those combos then learn some new combos to add to your arsenal.
@@coachrubenluna2729 In my gym the trainer was trying to push 6-7 move combos. It is damn dumb.
They are good for cardio, muscle memory, and transitioning from different strikes. Over all you will never use them in a real fight. Keep it simple and effective. The unexpected strike is the one thats going to put him down 9 out of 10 times, over a heavy telegraphed Hay maker...
imagine having these combinations as muscle memory, that’s a certified win
When you said no after that combo in the beginning had me dying 😂😂😂
Should be meme :)
Yo
No way u have the same name right or was this me commenting and I forgot
@@Dan-ek5oc Waaat
Thanks dude, really works, after I saw this I tested in my grandma, now she can't even move
Nice testimonial. 👍🏻
oh sweet dude
I tried it on my nan and she beat me up
Yes! You show her! 😁
@Hans Coventrierenhabenmachen Nah! Old people always exaggerate they have this and that, but when they do combat, they show no weakness! 😂
I've had a heavy bag for years. Your videos have given me the motivation (and knowledge) to start using it. Much appreciated!!!
Good stuff mate this makes me smile
Same here.. I'm glad I didn't use it constantly imbedding bad happens till I came across the champs vids.. loving it
@@Tony_Jeffries hej Tony. Thanks for your great videos. Can i ask how many pund/ kg your boxing Ball is on. Thanks

Haven’t been able to train at my local ATT (American Top Team) due to a severe ankle injury but Tony’s videos helping me put in work at home💯
I’m glad your enjoying these ma man... where is your gym?
@@Tony_Jeffries in Lawrenceville , Ga. ATT Team Lima with world champion Douglas Lima!
@@Tony_Jeffries Can I ask who taught you these combos? The first combo you did involved getting off the center line after punching, a youtuber called Fouts boxing theory talks a lot about this on his channel, thanks.
@@B3A5TxMODE Just begging to be asked after you name dropped ATT, eh? Good thing no-one gives a shit.
@@johnboylan3832 You’re just jealous or smth lmao
Of all the many fight videos I've watched, this guy here explains and demonstrates better than any of them. Two thumbs up.
I love this real talk from actual fighters! Do more like this please!

"And it will look like this", i blinked and missed it. Man this guy is fast!
Thanks for these vids!
An excellent group of combinations! And very well explained and demonstrated.
The last combo is insane definite killer
Tony, Thanks for a great video...older guy here 61, new to boxing...but I'm in excellent shape...got a punching bag to practice basic skills for self defense. Hoping I can develop muscle memory over time with these combos in case the unfortunate event I actually have to use them.
Legend! Thank you for all your content!
That was so informative I've learnt alot thank you sir keep posting videos 👍👍👍
Awesome combos - I love the simple effectiveness and the power! Gonna practise them at my next session !! Keep up the great content!! 🥊🥊

Nice one Tony, great contact buddy. Wish you every success with the UA-cam channel.
I appreciate that my friend I really do
please share this video mate, it will help my channel- really appreciate it
These videos are so useful being stuck at home, I’ve been repping the past combos like 100 times. Really working on hitting to the body and back up to the head quick and clean. Thank you brother.
Question: Do you have any tips for working on defensive/evasive techniques without a sparring partner?
Tony make a video on this question!
Mr. Jeffries, a lot of us are forgetting defensive movements without or sparing partners. Please do a vid. Thank you from California 209
Shadowboxing
Check out Master Ken's "You-Jutsu". You already have the perfect training partner....lol
In all seriousness its a funny video but a spoof one.
YOUR LESSONS ARE GOOD. THANKS FOR ALWAYS SHARING
Mate, your energy is brilliant and the content is great. Looking forward to going through all of your videos.
Tore my rotator cuff so I’m doing these in proper slow motion, excellent way to keep training while I recover! Got to adapt lads! Top content this
I've been coming back to this video everyday and drilling it into my head.
Have you tried this on the gym mate?
@@Tony_Jeffries I have a heavy bag in my garage and been practicing you're drills religiously. I can't thank you enough for all your knowledge and wisdom that you're teaching us. Sadly I couldn't afford to have a gym membership, that and my wife is active duty and we have a two year old girl who takes up most of my time after work. Luckily I get a good hr or two to train when she goes to bed.
I've never been in such good shape, health, physically and mentally since I was in the service. So again thank you for all you do, for the the the time, dedication and charisma you put into your videos. Keep up the great work! It's really changing a lot of us folks lives!
🤘👍🤜🤲👏💪

@@clunt4095 thanx brother!
Thank you for all of the great videos Tony. From fundamental to advanced....great stuff by a REAL EXPERT
I love your channel and a huge student of your boxing style. Thank you for motivating me..
It had been cool if you showed examples from your fights, so we can see how it works. Good video:)
I love the intro when he says no its so funny
Appreciate it ma man
Nice one..glad I found your channel...easy to understand reasoning..great demonstration
So Glad I found this! Subscribed. I always see people standing still and hitting the bag. Using footwork while hitting the bag is genius and actually useful in a real fight or sparring session! Thank you so much
Very practical, thank you! Just a quick question. I always take my feet off the ground too much, whether it's stepping/pivoting or even skipping rope sessions. Would you happen to know of a good way to train myself to take steps without leaving the ground so much so it's more like a slide instead of a jump? Cheers.
I've never felt more like buying a punching bag after watching this
Haha do it!
Lovely combos mr @Tony Jeffries, thanks for sharing them
Brilliant videos, will be trying these out at the Kickboxing gym 👍
Why is he talking like Boris Johnson featured Master Wong in the same voice?
This guy is athleanx but boxing
Love this guy...great lessons, great energy...thank you!
Excellent explanations. What an effective coach
The pastor at my church league didn't stand a chance after i hit him with combination 2.
You probably need a different pastor. Steven Anderson in Tempe Arizona should be good.
The intro 😬
Thankyou man. Your Channel Is Very Realistic and Educational. Love your Videos
appreciate that my mate Thank you 🙏🏼
Thanks tony. awesome tips.
I feel like im watching steve ervin the crocodile hunter all over again
tried all of these on my nephew, effin ruined him, he's off school for week now
Thanks Jeff appreciate the golden contents you’re dropping 🙏
straight to the point very good video!!!!
That last combo is the Icing.. 👌
Great training videos, mate!
another great video Tony
I've now added combinations 1, 2 and 3 in this video, to my kit bag. I've added more techniques to them, such as when the step to the right occurs, the Left Hook to the body is followed by a Right Cross and
Left Elbow Hook in combo 2, or is it 3?
Just love the step to the right in mid-combination. My footwork is slow compared to yours though, Tony.
Another technique I've learnt from you in another video on combinations, is the Left Jab, slip to the left, then Left Hook to the body. I've added Left Elbow Hook to the head, which flows nicely, then a Right Cross, a step to the right, another Right Cross, followed by another Left Elbow Hook - all in the same combination . I've learnt this from you in your Five Favourite Power Combinations.
I've got a bit of a a weakness in my left wrist, but have got around it by using Long Left Hooks ( which seem to have more power than you suggest) and use Elbow Hooks at shorter range. This takes pressure off my wrist.
I've converted a lot of my old 2-4 combinations, to 3-7 combos, by using aspects of your suggested combos, then adding a few kicks/elbows/ spinning back fists. Your stepping and feinting moves mid combination, I've found to be incredibly useful.
Thanks a bunch, Tony. Your UA-cam Channel is simply brilliant!
Thumbs up to ya, you always have great informative videos
Thank you much for the video!
Very good examples !!!
