      I don't agree with her about veganism - it is healthier if you do it right. One B-12 shot a month is all you need if you have a BALANCED healthy vegan diet. Other than that I do love her and she has given me all sorts of ideas of how to vary my workouts/exercise routines.

    Love the video! Food for thought: with your high lean mass, low body fat, likely high carb tolerance and high activity level, it makes sense for you to eat so many carbs for breakfast. However, many of your viewers may have much lower muscle:fat ratios, activity levels and carb tolerance, in which case it makes sense to focus on high protein and fibre with a bit of healthy fats + low carb in the morning.Or do you suggest carbs in the morning to all of your clients, irrespective of body composition? As a PT and Nutrition Coach, I definately don't. Would be interesting to hear your thoughts on this.

    I love this. Got some great ideas. Can you please do the same with your go to, most nutritious lunch and then do your favorite dinner. I love getting new tips and tricks for best health and fitness.

    I eat a similar breakfast. My oatmeal is more boring through, I need to add more items.
    I just do organic old fashioned rolled oats, blueberries, ground flaxseed, with almond milk. Then, I’ll have 4 eggs for desert 😅. Ok, it’s more like getting protein because I lift weights. But, it’s a decent breakfast.

    Hi Jillian, ques: if you have a protein and a carb (within the same meal) does it matter which one you eat first? I heard, eat the protein first because it slows down sugar in the body. (if you were to have a carb)....😱

    Hi Jillian it's the girl you blocked on Instagram after begging you to help me go back to Kenya after the fire incident i was able to go home someone paid my flight and i was able to move to Europe as well,some of us are not fraud i don't beg but i was scared and hurt in pain alone
