I can myself confirm ps4 edition recieved an update in 2023, when i used to play ps4 edition (from october 2022 to may 2023) the blocks in the inventory had normal lightning but after a few months when i cane back they didnt

Also, if I were to make maps and have downloads available- is it something that people would still do on PS4? Download and play maps on mc ps4 legacy? Great video, appreciate your stuff ⭐️
The one thing about minecraft ps4 edition that I hated was that you could not cure a zombie villager or something I forgot exactly what it was but I was trying to do an infinite emerald farm that worked on 1.14 java but not on ps4 edition.
Actually, no. Bedrock and Console edition use an entirely different coding language but Bedrock has many different functionalities than Java. On the other hand, Console edition is based closer on Java because it was practically a port, which was optimized for consoles.
Probably, but all you'd get is Bedrock and the inability to switch between LCE and Bedrock. That if, if you've never played LCE in the past. There are videos that explain how to get the Editions button on PS4 Bedrock, if you're interested.
@@winSonoma I tried bedrock trail mode, but it's very laggy on split screen mode. Also, i have a world on my old ps3. I created my world 2 years ago. I want to play it on ps4 with higher fps. I think i will buy it.
@@cagdas_keloglan sad news for you 😢 Since 2020 you no longer can transfer worlds between playstation editions, so you can't transfer your world to PS4 edition from PS3 Maybe there's a way to put it on pc and transfer it to the PS4 edition world format there but I haven't heard about that

yeah, i lost my editions button a while ago (i own the playstation 4 edition) and i have literally no way to play legacy edition anymore

The illager hitbox bug exists in the ps3 edition too. I remember trying to hit them, and they wouldn't get hit.
it's funny because I've only really encountered one bug in legacy and it's the glitched door in the mini game lobby

You just can’t beat legacy edition it’s too good. If ps4 edition had the nether update it would be absolutely perfect.
