Duncan Charman Angling Diaries - Aug 2021

This month I finally get out on the bank myself and although its August, in my mind the worst month of the year, a few cracking fish have grace my net. Unfortunately the North East wind that came mid way through the month has done us no favours but a switch to the rivers bought some well needed bites.
Those that follow me will know I was hoping to spend most of my free time floating around the Thames but boat problems put me back but things are looking good as are first trip in the repaired boat will happen very soon but not before a weekend trip to one of my favourite venues, Manor Fisheries in Kent takes place. Will keep you all informed.
