Yes the guitar for this is simple too but all the parts together are perfect. It shows its all about HOW you play because i love watching Barry he has this thing about him that is just groove and soul and rock running through him
Such a dynamic drummer. He just lets loose. Also i imagine this is why bands wear in ear monitors as you can tell how much of a bounce back in sound there is.

Everything else is drowned out as much as possible so you can hear the drum sound in it's rawest state. I agree, it's weird haha, but that's why it's like it is 🙂
I saw them last year. They were good live. The drummer has to stop pretending that he is playing something difficult. He makes those stupid faces, while playing the simplest beat. And cut the dreads. You're white and a ginger. Great song though.

"Those stupid faces" as you put it have nothing to do with how difficult something is and all to do with how much passion and force he is putting into it and hitting those drums with. Sometimes simple is better because it gives the rest of the song room to breathe and as the vocals are pretty full on it lets them shine.
