For Christian context because the thing about good fruit and bad fruit is a very Christianese thing to say. It comes from one of Jesus’s parables that a good tree will produce good fruit, but a bad tree will produce bad fruit. We recognize trees by what fruit they produce so if we see that she produces good fruit (or does good things) then we can be sure that she is truly a Christian.
