This part! Besides sometimes wearing a cute matching outfit keeps me looking forward to going 😊 ive always gotten nice compliments from the ladies at the gym!
Pegasus, if you want to build muscle, I suggest doing 3-4 sets of a calisthenics circuit everyday and getting over 100g of protein. Additionally, make sure you have healthy, high testosterone levels or else your muscles will not grow nearly as quickly. Calisthenics is great for people who haven't built a ton of muscle yet because once you get to the point where you can do a muscle up, you're also able to do a lot of things in weight lifting.
testosterone doesnt do what you think lol. growing muscles also does not do what you think. only caring about muscle mass is the same as wearing tons of makeup. covering up insecurities isnt dealing with them. nothing worse than doing something for attention and realizing it was little more than an immature waste of time and resources. if you want to actually be functionally athletic and strong, you start by rucking with half your body weight for 5 - 10 miles per day for a few months. no need to do anything fancy. just do that and eat enough protein+calcium and all the other things your cells need to function. you arent a single celled organism. you are a collection of individual cells. that can even be removed from your body and functionally put into someone elses.

Okay, hear me out. I’ve lost 97lbs in the past year or so and have quite a bit of loose skin. Form fitting gym wear really helps my body from being all flappy when I workout. It’s not always about the aesthetics. I love your content but this is the first time I don’t really agree with you. 😅
But why though? As a teen girl I actually agree with him, If you look at the video again she's actually doing it on purpose so guys can stare at her while recording, If she doesn't wanna be looked at then she should wear pants that don't give her a butt crack
idk about everyone else but when i go to the gym, i zone out completely and end up staring at everyone without realising it. guess that makes me a creep
Been going to the gym for roughly 3 years, and lemme tell you, I work out in jeans, baggy jogging pants, cargo pants, and dress pants, and lemme tell you, I’ve not once ever thought “man if only I had booty shorts and an atomic wedgie, then maybe I could get this last rep of 295 in”
If I worked out to the point where I was comfortable enough to show off my body I would WANT people to look. I would want them to see all the hard work and the effort it took for me to sculpt my body to what it is. I would be flattered and happy if I saw people checking me out. But I’m a fat dude that’s too self conscious to go to a gym where everyone is showing their bodies off.
I’m pretty tall for a woman 6” and I have a gripe with most sweat wear, if it’s women’s sweats the ankle cuffs come up my calf which is pretty uncomfortable, and mens usually don’t fit around my thighs unless I buy 3xL… but when I squat there’s so much extra fabric it gets stuck between my cheeks when I come up😂😂😂 my solution? BASKETBALL SHORTS YAAAAY! all hail basketball shorts ❤😂
I got a pair of these gym pants from a thrift store as I thought they looked pretty and want to work out at home. And I swear the issue with the pants being stuck up your behind is how the pants are designed as I instantly got uncomfortable and just switched back to wearing normal leggings.
Not exactly true. I know what leggings you're talking about but most girls buy normal pants or leggings and hike it up their behind on purpose. and also most don't wear underwear too.
i go to the gym for i cant remember how long. and i always enjoy what i see. cause thats a freedom as well. keep on wearing those pants. makes the scenery lil nicer

I cant believe there are wild mentailites for a place where people are trying to be healthy Edit: for skin tight clothes, I recommend reading the material tag. I aim for polyesr. I agree many women crave atttention and go to the gym for a photoshoot afterwards to post on IG, many of them don't even know what the hell they're doing there lol, but there are women that dress with tight shorts and all, and don't care about other people's views, do their thing, and then go on with their day. I go to the gym in shorts, don't care if someone stares, I do my training, and that's it, I don't take pics on myself in the mirror, usually I'm pretty exausted after a training. I like wearing shorts because I can see how the muscle is working during an exercise, and I can see exactly how I look like and if I'm doing something wrong.

You can have a sort of self-centered mindset, because to a degree, everybody does. That's why people live, because they want themselves to. People like talking about themselves to others, as long as it's not condescending or arrogant and things of the sort, that's solid and actually helps build friendships through finding common things. But going out of your way to intentionally do, say, or wear things that will garner attention in uncomfortable ways, then get upset over it, and even blame people who were so much as glancing in your direction isn't having a modest self-centered mindset. We call that degeneracy + narcissism. If we legit put this much effort into actually advancing our species as we do fighting each other, fuck it, we could have had stuff from the Metal Gear universe.

Built a gym in my carport... walled it all in... put tread mill, weights, speed bag, heavy bag, chin-up bar, some matts... a fan... nice sliding glass door in the back so I can have a view while in there. No one bothers me.
Tell em if they don't want us to look, they need to put something over that MOOSE KNUCKLE!!! We aren't impressed.. we are just curious.. why is your bush as big as mine?!?! 😂
I hope we can all agree that being in a sports bra is fine though, the stomack and back especially get pretty sweaty.
Sorry, call me old fashioned but bras and panties go UNDER clothes, that’s what my parents taught me. When did the definition of underwear change?
@@aeriii4681 Sports bras aren't necessarily underwear though. I even used to call them 'short tops'. They're different from normal ones. Haven't you ever seen what female Olympians wear? These are widely accepted as sportswear.
Nope, wear moisture wicking tanks over it. I was in the Marine Corps and I never overheated or felt damp or rashy in them once in years, even during HITT workouts and long runs. You don’t have to show much skin to be comfortable
@@coricopia1145 If you're against showing skin in puplic I hope you're at least consistent with that thought about two-piece swimsuits.
@@AllyFin No, we’re all equally half naked in those settings b/c it makes sense, you want to feel as free as possible in the water. Guys generally only wear trunks and that’s a lot more freedom than women have. But there’s also a line even in a bikini b/t comfort and wanting a little something more than just comfort. Like mini bikinis for ex, which only barely cover the nips…just go to a topless non-family oriented beach if you want to essentially be naked.
I love this series. Its so hilarious to see side characters trying to be like me.
that urge to check out the number people in a new enviornment is basically a trait that allows us to detect and judge who we should and shouldnt be around, example, you enter a room and see a person wearing a black hoodie, torn jeans, and a slight smile as they hold something conceiled, your going to want to avoid them, but iif you see a person with a stuffed animal, a yellow hoodie and some sweatpants, they look realitivly friendly so you might trust them atleast a little bit, it also is your brain counting potential threats, i might be wrong but this is my guess
Lol always an ongoing issue. I wear a big band shirt and tracks. And still makes no difference. I still get approached.
