@@MrIgotwhatuwant I'll definitely try that. I attempted to put them on earlier by pushing them in but the link didn't budge. Will try the rotate method. Got to a point where maybe putting it in the freezer or boiling the bushing 😆
I had to make an account to make a comment here. For anyone who watches this video and thinks "ah this doesn't look so bad I could do that. Looks easy" This video skips actually pressing the bushings into the round link. (4:37) By far the hardest part of the entire operation. When I did this job one of them actually went in fairly easy. The second one broke my bench vice and destroyed the bushing. For any DIYers out there; Save yourself the headache and don't bother with these bushing sets. Just buy a sway bar link (The dumbbell shaped one with two round bushings) with the bushings pre-fitted. It costs maybe an extra $20 but you're gonna save yourself a lot more headache.

It's pretty hard to put the sway bar links back on the sway bar with these new polyurethane on? Any tricks to put the links on the sway bar.
Screw them on, dont push them in rotate them in
Grease up the sway bar and screw the links on clockwise?

you also grease then when you put them in the metal sway bar
