Keith died when I was 6 years old. My aunt gave me every Keith Whitley album as christmas and birthday presents. And my uncle gave me guitar lessons. And I lost aunt and uncle. But I when I listen to Keith I can still feel them close to me

It broke my heart the day Keith died. I've always felt so sorry for Lorrie because I just knew she had lost the love of her life. Now I know I was right about that by hearing her talking about how she loves him. My late husband had a cousin that was always comparing his life to Keith's because he had alcohol and drug problems too. I introduced him to my cousin and they fell deeply for each other. She hated his problems but was crazy about him. One day she found out he'd been seeing an old girlfriend behind her back and they broke up but they were always making comments that they still loved each other. She got tired of waiting for him to come back to her and even though I begged her not to do it, got married to someone I knew she didn't love. He was broken hearted and kept hoping she'd come back to him. One day I got a phone call and my brother-in-law said he'd committed suicide about 1992 I think. My cousin is still in love with him and now she's the one that's been on drugs for the past 20 years I guess. It's terrible losing someone you love, but to lose your soul mate like Lorrie and my cousin did must be devastating! When I lost my late husband I thought I was going to die it hurt me so much but now God has blessed me by giving me my soul mate and I know if I lose him, I will die. He's been so good to me and no man has ever treated me like he does. I never knew that I could love a man so much and that he would love me just as much and I would never have to question their love. I thank God all the time. Jesse I hope you have a wonderful career like your parents have had. Good luck honey! Lorrie hang in there! You might be surprised to know but if you feel like Keith is around, he is. Spirits of our loved ones will often hang around us hoping that we'll see them and be able to talk to them. If you haven't, go to a psychic that you can trust. I had one that came to my house to try to help us and she told me my husband was standing beside me and later her husband told me too. They even described him and I didn't have any pics out. So go!
Keith and Lorrie are talented, but im very disappointed at how Jesse turned out.. He is nothing like his parents, tattoos and no class.. His father was always dressed nice and his appearance was as good as his voice.. Jesse looks like a child who has no manners and disregard for his father’s tradition.. I guess thats why he has not had a record deal, the record companies know his lack of talent would be a total let down.
I don't understand why Jesse is always hiding his face. 1st those stupid baseball caps overshadowing his face. Now, a full beard. He must be extremely insecure about his looks.
I agree. I was taught that only motorcycle gangs & circus people had tattoos. But, like the Book says " ...things that are right will be wrong...things that are wrong will be right..." We are living those times. BUT, Jesse has not had an easy life... losing his dad so young , Lorrie's "serial" marriages has probably left him very insecure & he might have inherited alcoholism too.
She sure moved on fast. I dont think she loved him that much if she had been cheating on him, but it was said he cheated also. Neither one would have stayed married long
