- I have always wanted to do a durian tour! I have never done a side by side comparison and today was the day I finally did it! This area is a suburb about 30 minutes outside the city center of Kuala Lumpur! I was absolutely blown away by the flavor of one of these! Really this was a serious treat! Enjoy!

Local peoples are mostly durian lover ad well haha..anyway if you ate durian too much..sometime it will make you "high" or somehow "intoxicated" due to its gas. If it happens..usually you will never want to eat again later on. So..do not eat it too much. Secondly..pls note..never drink alcohol in case you have eaten durian too.much..never. dangerous..

Totally agree with you. There is nothing foul about durian odour. The only reason it is not allowed on transports and hotel is that the odour is very strong and lingers. Any fragrance that is strong and lingers are over powering and unwelcomed.
I believe those who are repulsed by durian odour or taste are psychologically precobditioned. In other words, narrow minded, brain washed, prejudiced.
But I do agree that like or dislike and variety preference is a matter of personal taste preference.
I mean it does smell putrid but so does cheese it just tastes good
🤔 Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand is the only country that selling price that you can afford. And if you want eat many durian I recommend visit durian village farm in season. It only cost 80-100 ringgit / 21USD per person for eat as much you can .
wow well 21usd for all you can eat is an amazing price. As far as the price why would I pay more for the same product... many countries import it and triple the price or more

SS 2 is an area in Petaling Jaya of the state of Selangor, it is not in Kuala Lumpur

The second type of durian that the man opened for you is Udang Merah. I like Tekka
Yeah you know I had the Tekka but I loved the dang merah.. I tried it later on and wow it was good and a good price
Next time when you eat to compare durian, you got to ask which have the less flavour/taste and start there. If you start from the best durian then you cant fully appreciate and enjoy the lesser taste ones.
