Musang King Durian has a pale yellow colour, pungent aroma, and creamy texture that almost melts in the mouth. Musang King is also one of the most expensive varieties due to its limited availability and increasing demand. For many people, this variety is therefore the Hermes of Durians.
The king of fruits is a main export product in Malaysia. It has attracted many tourists, especially Chinese tourists who are especially fond of Malaysian durians. The popularity of durian has spawned many new tourism businesses such as durian resorts and durian universities.

So jealous. Only had Thai durian 3 times and fell deeply in love with this incredible fruit. It’s like eating tiramisu mixed with almonds. Can’t wait to try the Malaysian king durian. I can see myself eating durian for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What is the season for durian in Malaysia?

After durian, let's try petai or stinky beans. Its delicious and healthy. Cooked in dishes like fried sambal.

I love durians too, but no need to travel to Malaysia to eat it! That school and the graduation certificate is a marketing scheme for wealthy Chinese tourists! What the hell would you do with that certificate? You can’t get a job with it! If the Chinese love it so much, take the seeds and plant it all over China! I’m sure they can do that! What I would love to know is how can anyone tell the difference unless you open one up to ear and taste? All durians look the same, whether from Malaysia, Thailand or .Vietnam! I was in a durian farm in Vietnam. If the people there sold the durians to us as a Mustang durian, we wouldn’t know the difference until we ate it or had the chance to compare it. Also, how do you know when a durian is ripe and ready to be picked was what is missing from your reporting!
