Tip: if your only getting the opacity option, make sure you’ve got the transform layer tool selected

He most likely has auto save turned on (I'm pretty sure it's on by default anyway, but you can adjust how often it saves).

I zoomed in but now the rest of my animation is all zoomed in also i only wanted to zoom a few frames how would i put the rest to the regular zoom?

Two ways
1. You will need three keyframes. Add one keyframe with no zoom then add another infront of it with no zoom and finally a few frames ahead with a keyframe with your desired zoom.
This will lock the initial zoom (which is zero) and then start zooming from the second keyframe
2. Make the animation that needs to be zoomed on a separate layer and add transform mask to it

When zoom in, the picture get's pixelated. I try to animate sprites.

My krita files become so large it’s almost unusable if I import an image sequence ect. These files you’re working on would be huge in my program for some reason. 20gig ect just with three layers of animation with transform masks

My Krita files (.KRA) are fine as 5mb to 2gb, they don't run animation for more than 30 seconds. The size of the canvas is not bigger as 5000px.
If you're making the entire 5 minutes of animation in Krita then will crash it. Do the animation by movements and compile them in a video editing program.
