Cool Ice Unblockable on Block Concept Combo

Major props to NY Red Nova for the original concept. I was finding myself struggling to execute the combo, so I utilized their same combo with a different assist. I haven't gotten to use it live, so its a concept at the moment. If anyone finds that this combo can be evaded in anyway, I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave that info in the comments below. Thanks!
