Wall Strike Loop Infinite and Overclocking
This video is showcasing how to perform the Wall Strike Loop (infinite) as well as how you can mess it up by over clocking the damage/stun.
Terminology:
Wall Combo Extension: A Wall Combo Extension occurs when a character is stuck to the wall and when the attacking character hits the other character in a way that forces them off the wall into a staggering animation or wall restick so that the wall combo may be continued.
Wall Strike Loop Infinite: While the opponent is on the wall, a player can strike the opponent at certain points, which force the opponent off of the wall, which causes: (1) the opponent to fall backwards in a stagger state that can be grabbed; or (2) the opponent immediately replants to the wall (sometimes repeatedly). The easiest way to implement the Wall Strike Loop Infinite is to: (1) get your opponent’s Max HP at 65/70% prior to downing them; then (2) complete some initial wall damage ending with a down (either by haymaker or wall grab); then (3) throw opponent back to wall; then (4) hit them once; then (5) block cancel, delay, and repeat (4); (6) repeat all of (5) until the opponent falls backwards in a stagger state that can be grabbed or replants them to the wall; then (7) throw opponent back onto wall if required and repeat steps (4) thru (6) continually. This added consistency has resulted in the limitation of one Wall Combo Extension per combo.
Overclocking: Overclocking is when you do so much damage and stun built up quickly that the stun resets back to 0.
A Reset Happens when you throw an opponent to a wall and hit them too quickly that they are not stuck to the wall while eating your hit (this prevents them from being stuck on the wall, hence resetting them). There are 2 types of resets. True Reset and Dirty Reset.
Dirty Reset: When you perform a reset, which leads to a Combo Extension (wall replanting, staggering.......which includes a true string leading into these) that cannot be blocked, parried, nor grab broken. Dirty Resets are considered Wall Combo Extensions.
True Reset: When you perform a reset, that leaves the opponent in a position where they can try to block, parry, or grab break because the opponent has the ability to defend themselves. Similar to resets in other games, a True Reset will usually result in a character being at a disadvantage, allowing the aggressor to force the other character into a mix-up.

Major props to NY Red Nova for the original concept. I was finding myself struggling to execute the combo, so I utilized their same combo with a different assist. I haven't gotten to use it live, so its a concept at the moment. How did joey get DQ i saw others and gk do the same unless there was sum different about it. Also question havd u fully figured out the character wc i see hes in c tier however i seen c tier characters go up in tier list so im just wondering if he has alot of flaws or if you just havent fully looked into him yet. Also is there any videos or documents explaining all negatives and positives of each character besides banned ones.

Are you playing against another player or just the AI? If you're playing against the AI are you playing against them on hard difficulty?

@Saudixmo7trefx Yeah, hard mode AI have higher stats than normal players do when using the same character. That's likely why the combo isn't working for you.

Like with all Video games, people think beating the A.I is the same as beating a living breathing Human player. A.I Crushers get humbled quickly the second they fight even above average Human players. Happens in every single video game community i've been in.
Are kickboxing (heavy grab) knees not allowed?
Ive read the difficulty has to be set to high. Why does that matter in pvp?
Setting the difficulty alters the charisma earned by the players. Hard mode in particular gives the least amount of charisma for the blazin' meter, which theoretically allows for more neutral to be played before someone earns the super and finishes the game.

As a casual I love Tenkaichi 3. But yeah, you're right, people think they know when they don't. My answer is always the same, come out and put your money up if you know so well. I would say the safe bet is on me lol

Joey and I are always willing to give tips for Def Jam: FFNY. Just understand if we meet up during a tournament, those tips will have to wait until after the tournament is over so we don't break concentration.

my god, they miss so many punishes. Like at 35:24, when pockets counters the grab with a kick, you have enough time to pull a haymaker. i'm baffled that a dude playing in a tournament doesn't know that. Damn.
If we're being honest a lot of players enter this game just to have fun. Its a cool experience to play with a bunch of people in game besides skill level. It would be different if it was an invite only event, but at this one it was literally walk up, pay $5 and enjoy. So it was cool for anyone who wanted to hop on.
